Omg she acted like she did not want to help at all! She drug her feet as she walked to the other side of the shop and had an angry look. She didn't go through much and simply stressed to me the disposable vapes and the 5&6 thousand puffs. Well because of the negative energy she was throwing, I ended up making a quick pick of the disposable vape with 6000 puffs. She charged me $38 plus tax!! She handed me my vape opened and with the seal taken off! She demanded I try it to make sure it worked! It worked but who the hell opens a vape device, takes the seals off (she didn't have gloves on) even the one at the mouthpiece! Ugh! We walked out of there confused, pissed, and dissatisfied! I didn't even see her take it out of the box, so I don't know if she could have handed me a used one! Now I order my products from PerfectVape.com! With $40 I can get 3 of the same type of vape that I purchased at Lava Rock! 3!! I know that she OVER charged me!! Gave me an opened disposable vape product, and such rude and disrespectful customer service!!! BEWARE OF THAT GIRL. I would like something done about this. I've seen the same disposable vape that I bought that day online on several websites and they're all under $20!! We picked out a couple tshirts as souvenirs and one of the patrons purchased our drinks on his tab . I promised to return upon our next New Mexico trip. I'll be more than delighted to drive there again, especially for some music and to see what the crowd looks like. Overall, awesome venue.
