Friendly, fast and they get right down to business. They clean most things with vinegar/water which I love. We have dogs but you can barely tell after they leave because all traces of lab hair are gone. But even better than that, they are nice to our dogs. They clean the toddler handprints off our slider. Even if he is hanging around trying to watch or "help" them. The second time they cleaned, they actually took down and cleaned the light fixture over the dining table.
