We're in the market for a kitchen backsplash to finish our renovations. We got 5 samples of tile from Home Depot, most arrived chipped and broken. Not to be discouraged, we decided to nix the big box brand and shop local. My parents purchased their kitchen floor here years ago, and the service hasn't wavered a bit. Their showroom is extensive, and you're greeted upon arrival. Betty quickly honed in on what we were looking for, and took us straight to the section that could meet our needs. After showing her the granite we already have, she brought out several samples and a few that varied a bit from what we said we were looking for. Well, we brought a sample home, and the one we fell in love with was actually quite different than what we thought we were looking for! They have a huge array of products at different prices. Our selection just happened to be on the low end, at $11/sq. ft. Some other marble tiles we viewed were as much as $50/sq. ft. You definitely get what you pay for - $11 was a little more than we were looking at from Home Depot but the quality of the product and the service were so much higher at Cloutier, it's worth it!

I made it clear how important it was to have the floors completed the week we had planned and was told they would be even with hidden issues. Was also told the quote is what it is and no hidden fees will arise at the end of the project. Only one person came for the entire project because his co worker quit before the start of my floors. Chris was fantastic but the subfloor under my tile was an issue and had to be ripped up along with the tile which I understand was an unexpected issue. I had to pay extra for more subfloor. I know it was out of their hands but I did not plan for that extra cost out of pocket. The project was not finished when I was told it would be because only on one of the days, they sent an extra pair of hands to help, which that helper scraped my wall so I had to sand and repaint that spot. Even after it was finished, the thresholds had to be replaced because the nails were coming up through them. This took and extra couple weeks to be completed . I will say Craig followed up to make sure it was done correctly and when all is said and done, Chris did an amazing job on the floors. I wish the communication from Matt to myself and the crew was better and I understand people are busy but a quick text is all I required to stay in the loop. Again, I gave 4 starts because the floors look amazing.

Came asap for estimate and plan and discussion on what is wanted and what he will do to accomplish it. Oil based latex or water based ? Finish - high gloss or satin finish ? I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. A year later and I'm still raving about this company and it's owner also.
