Great for dog lovers and peaceful for humans. The name suits the purpose but nothing special of a park. Nice dog park with section for small and large dogs. Onsite bathroom and plenty of parking. Short walking trail that leads to the back of the park into the tall palms with a nice gazebo with seating area. Nicely shaded area thats cool and peaceful as the breeze blows through the high palm trees. Cute little lake right in the middle of the park that gives off great zen vibes. Great for dog owners but not so great for any adventure seekers or fitness hikers as not an adventurous type of park. read more

Peaceful Ridge Dog park where you can bring your dog to enjoy some exercise time. If you are not a pet owner, there is an area nearby where you can walk and enjoy nice view of a lake and with tons of shade and Palm trees. Other than that not much to see and no actual trail. read more

Finally a dog park where the gates open early, although the park sign says 9am to Sunset it was open this morning at 8am, so not really sure. The grounds are clean and managed by the Town of Davie. Gender assigned public bathrooms within the park. No rabies shots required to enter and absolutely Free. Dogs running wild here inside the fenced area with no size restrictions. Several mini doggy obstacle courses and picnic tables scattered about with one shaded pavilion. read more

Just returned from this park. The park is open on the weekends too. It's a shame other dog owners either can't read or lack the common courtesy to pick up after their dogs. When I wasn't stepping around others' piles of dog poop, I enjoyed my time at the park. read more

Peaceful Ridge Dog park is tucked in among all of the plant nurseries on south Flamingo Road. It is open every day from dawn until dusk. This large dog park is fenced in and there are structures for dog agility training. One thing of note is that there are no separate large and small dog areas. People can enjoy the picnic tables as they watch their dogs play. I loved the paw print benches. Other park amenities are a picnic pavilion and restrooms. In addition to the dog park Peaceful Ridge has a small pond where you can view fish, turtles, and birds. There is also a butterfly garden. The park has room for horse trailers and trails lead off into the bridle path area for hikers. In the rear of the park is an area with huge palm trees that is great for bird watching. During my visit I enjoyed wildlife watching in the back of the park. The dogs playing were pretty cute too. Although a bit out of the way, this is a great park for both pups and people. read more

It's not a bad park, it is just bare minimum, I came with my puppy and he had fun running around, the obstacle courses are just a few pipes nothing crazy, they had water available but it had a very faint greenish tint. It's not toxic or anything I just thought that was weird. They have a big tub you can fill, my friends dog loved to get in and splash. It was fairly empty with the exception of another dog, there is no requirements, its convenient because anyone can go in, but that being said, if you have a dog who does not have all his shots yet, I do not recommend coming here. There is a water bowl you can use. I like that it isn't super big and the gates are all pretty sturdy. The grass is not in good shape though and there is ALOT of bees hovering around all the weed like grass. They didn't sting which was good, but that scared me and made me not want to walk around. read more

The good news is that my girl had the entire park to herself! The bad news is that my girl had the entire park to herself. She didn't have anyone to play with :( It was great for me because I didn't have to worry about any doggy confrontations. But after a while she was ready to leave because she wanted to sniff other dogs butts but she couldn't, lol They have several of those doggy obstacle courses that my dog doesn't take advantage of. They have a couple of picnic tables and benches. But with all the rain we've been having lately, it was a little muddy. They do have a hose and a bathtub looking thingy if you want to wash your dog before heading home though. I didn't bring a towel so we headed home muddy and stinky. The park is located next to a church on that road that parallels Flamingo road. Plenty of parking, it's free, and they have bathrooms. read more

I LOVED this park. It was my dog's first visit to a dog park so the fact that it wasn't super busy was nice. BUT there were 7 other dogs so it wasn't empty. Every owner there was responsible and attentive to their dogs so no fights (my biggest fear). There is no separation for little dogs so keep that in mind if you have a smaller dog. Little know dog park off the frontage road to South Flamingo Rd in Davie. It doesn't currently show when I search dog parks in the area. We had been driving 10+ miles to get to area dog parks, until we found this one. The water is currently turned off. Our dog drinks a lot when she runs the park so I usually bring a gallon jug with me. One fenced area with a few obstacles. A lot of times we end up with the park to ourselves. There is a pond in the overall park. Signs about no swimming but I let Maya wade in the shallows. The park is right on the equestrian trail so you have to keep the dogs on a leash outside the fenced area. Riders frequently pass through the area. Parking available. Public restrooms are closed due to the water situation. I'd give 4 stars if they'd turn the water back on and if more people would come. We typically go to the dog park so Maya can socialize. read more

major major issue , the grass needs to be cut , personaly it seems very clearly that whoever runs this park dont want people with dogs there........been going there for a while.........park is always empty, it doesnt matter what day of the week.........the people? same as all dog parks, some very nice people and some very stock up people and snobby people that wont talk to anybody and think their dog it the queen or king of England and poops golden nuggets......cant wait till josias by Bergeron opens again..!!!! read more

For a new park, it's pretty awesome. There is plenty of space for my dogs to run. There are benches, restrooms (for the humans), poop bags and water for the pups. Not a lot of dogs come here which is fine, all my Bassets wanna do is sniff. I gave it 3 stars because the grass is not well maintained. There are bees and ant piles everywhere. I'm afraid to walk around and especially afraid for my dogs (who obviously don't pay attention to these things). This park is close to my house; it's a shame because I would bring them often if they maintained the grass :( read more

I love this park simply for the fact that it's usually empty. Allows freedom for my dogs and no stress for me! I always bring my own water for them so the no water complaint doesn't apply to me. Wish there was a shady area to sit but otherwise a great park! Always plenty of parking available. Love this hidden gem! read more

The park is a really quiet and serene place. The dog park is ok. Grass isn't groomed well and all the dogs are in the same area regardless of size. I have a very small dog so sometimes she can't go on in if the other dogs are very large. Nice place for free though. read more
