I have seen her for traditional massage as well as rolfing, a special type of massage (treatment) that helps you obtain better balance and protection through structural integration. I was in a car accident 3 years ago and went through physical therapy for 5 months and felt no relief. I then tried a chiropractor and after 4 months there also did not find relief. So, I went and saw Molly and now I feel like a new person. My low back used to always be in pain and I was limited by what I could do. She did not introduce herself, show me around the studio, or thank me for coming. For a business that is not doing well and needs customers, not introducing who you are or welcoming customers to the studio is a BIG no no. I find it hard to believe this studio is still in business when one a few miles down the road with AWESOME instructors recently went out of business. I guarantee this studio will be closed within a few months, don't waste your time.

I made an appointment for 4:30. Since I hadn't been seen before, I was 5 minutes early. The office seemed a single business suite and, not wanting to interrupt anyone, I waited until a 1-2 minutes before my appointment to call. When I called, I was asked to wait in a janky suite with a sofa down the hall while they finished their current appointment. Fair enough. I waited there until 4:45. When I called back, I was told there was now a new customer that had materialized and was asked if I would like to make an appointment. I was very excited to find a massage place nearby. However, there is no reason to believe appointments will be honored. I'd like to think this is unusual, but I don't really have a good reason to gamble my time here again.

They texted and said it was a family emergency which I hope everything is okay and well with that. But they texted and said that they have an emergency and that they forgot about me. I mean...I certainly had better things to do than drive an hour round trip and wait 10 minutes to get nothing for it. This person didn't even have the courtesy to call and apologize or offer a discount or do a free add on on a future service. Just a way too late text that seemed to think that missing an appointment was a little whatever. Like, I get things come up but if I have a family emergency, I can't just not show up to work and not tell my boss? But this person seems to think it's okay. In fact, reading the other reviews here, this person seems to lack a basic level of professionalism. I think what's more frustrating is that they seem to have a pretty stringent cancellation policy and I confirmed my appointment multiple times. So clearly they expect respect on their time. Masseuse really got in deep but was very easy to work with when pressure was too much. I left feeling sore but yet wonderful.
