I was in a very difficult situation, I explained everything I was going through, and at first they treated me like I truly mattered. They made me feel like my case was important and that they were going to help me right away. But once I signed up, everything changed. After that, I felt like I was just another number. The care, urgency, and attention they promised disappeared. I made it very clear from the beginning that I needed medical treatment as soon as possible because of my injuries, and they assured me they would connect me with a doctor right away. That never happened the way they promised. Instead, I felt ignored, misled, and completely let down. I trusted them because I was desperate and needed help, and I now regret that decision. I usually avoid going with attorneys through referrals because I worry there may be other interests behind the scenes, but I gave this situation a chance. That was a mistake. The biggest issue for me was the lack of communication, lack of urgency, and the feeling that once I became a client, I no longer mattered.
