I am very disappointed with this establishment. My clothes were ruined while in their care and were never replaced or compensated for. On top of that, they held my clothes for over two weeks before returning it. The lack of accountability in this situation was deplorable. The poor customer service was horrific. Updated Review: This updated review is long overdue, so understand that this comes with an apology to the management/owners of Peach Cleaners. To recap: I encountered mixed results with my first attempt here. My wife's clothes came out fine, and most of mine did, too. However, I had a white dress shirt that, while expertly folded, looked as though the collar was ignored. Management contacted me upon seeing the previous Yelp review. I gave them another chance. Back in October when life was a bit less hectic, I dropped off a black peacoat for dry cleaning. The work was done quickly and satisfactory. Also, I received the email to let me know it was available for pick up. I can't stress enough how convenient it is to be notified in that matter. I have frequented places that say things like "Check back tomorrow" or "Try us next week", as though somehow my life revolves around their business hours. That's not acceptable. So I appreciate Peach Cleaners' communication with customers. Initial Review: I opted for this place because it had decent reviews. I'd like to think I simply had a bad experience given some of the other reviews. I'm not so sure. It offers a number of other non-dry cleaning services, but we're focusing on the clothes in this review. Starting with the good stuff, I really like that an email is sent when the items are ready. It's a nice use of technology and it included the prices, so there weren't any surprises there. No pecuniary surprises with these people. Furthermore, dropping off the clothes was not a problem. I was in and out in less than a couple of minutes. I also liked that I could pay when I actually picked up the clothes. Furthermore, I like the option of having the clothes folded or on a hanger. So what's the problem? Not all alterations are not done in the store. I needed work done on two pairs of jeans. I may have ripped them once. Or twice. In any event, I am familiar with what needed to be done to fix them. I've seen it done in person. It can take as little as four minutes. So at just over a week after dropping them off, I called Peach Cleaners on the 6th. Two of my garments were ready for pick up, but the email has conspicuously omitted the two jeans I dropped off. I just knew it was mistake. Nope. The jeans hadn't been brought back to the store, so they weren't available for pick up*. I feel like that's something that should be disclosed before I'm asked if it'll be debit or credit*. Anyways, I ended up waiting another four days before I could get the jeans- on top of the week that's already gone by. When I ended up picking up my shirt, it was exquisitely folded- much like one would expect in a store. Unfortunately, the stains around the collar hadn't actually gone anywhere. They were still there to greet me when I went to pick up my garments. I considered mentioning it to the fine folks working there, but I feared it would take too long given how well the jeans situation worked out. So yeah, I'm in search of another dry cleaning/alterations spot in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs/Buckhead area. *i ended up waiting a few more days. read more

I've been using Peach Cleaners for the past few months now, and I can finally say I've found a reliable cleaners that does a great job without breaking the bank. I had a dress with a very stubborn stain. I think it was spilled olive oil and when I took it to my original cleaners they gave it back to me saying it could not be fixed. I took it to Peach Cleaners and they were able to remove the stain. Yay! Their prices may be a little higher than other cleaners, but you're safe knowing that your clothes will be well taken care of. Also, their FREE pickup/delivery service is such a life saver! As a young professional with a very busy schedule, it's nice to save time wherever I can. read more

Just wanted to let everybody know about this establishment that has the worst customer service. Last December, 2017, I brought my size 38 belts to have them shortened by 2 sizes to a 36 waist. I spoke directly to the owner, John. The given due date was 2 weeks, but the job took them one month. Upon inspection, the company had cut my belts to an overall length of 36 inches, instead of sizing them to a 36 waist. The belts can now only fit a child. The changes were irreversible, and the belts were unsalvageable. The owner, John, refused to refund my payment or pay for the damages to my expensive Allen Edmonds belts. This business is incompetent, has extremely poor customer service, and no integrity. They should not be in the business of handling belt repair of any sort. read more

They're a little pricey, but do good work, from what I can see. I primarily needed them to clean my wedding dress. I also had a cocktail dress and an evening gown. My husband had a bespoke dress shirt as well. Prices were as follows: Wedding dress = $150 Cocktail dress = $25 Evening gown = $25 Shirt = $1.99 Strangely, they tried charging us $4-something for the shirt originally. The clerk there shrugged and said his boss had changed the price, but my husband was insistent that the price was not correct, so the clerk finally changed the price for us. They had also quoted me $11 for each of the dresses when I dropped them off, but I knew it would be more because each dress had a lot of extensive decorations on it. Sure enough, I was right. I think the clerk should have known that the dress prices would be higher for me just by looking at the dresses themselves. Some other customer might not have had the foresight to predict that the prices would be more than $11 and might have gotten upset at the price increase, as $25 is a lot more than $11. If you are interested, for them to preserve and box a wedding gown, it is an additional $50 to the $150 for cleaning. We received an email notification when our clothes were done, right when they said they would be done. The email included a breakdown of all the prices for each item, so it was not a surprise when we came to pick up the clothes. read more

I gave them two shots. The first time I asked for a suit to be cleaned and a pair of leather boots needed the zipper replaced. I had to call back four times to get them to confirm they had the items. In fact for a week or so I wondered if they had lost my boots. It was returned with a button missing on the pants and the zipper was not replaced nor repaired on the boots. I brought it all back for repair after I called to confirm all items were ready for pick up (three weeks later). I came in and my boots are still not ready and are offsite. Go elsewhere. read more

I dropped off my work pants and suit on Thursday and it was ready on Friday! Fast and friendly service. I forgot to tell them about my stain when I dropped it off but it was freshly cleaned and pressed when I retrieved them. Price is reasonable and the facility is clean. Noticed that they also do shoe repairs and alteration. I also saw few bags of wedding dress for cleaning. I shall revisit soon. read more

I recently moved to the Perimeter area and I was looking for a place to occasionally have my laundry done since I have very little time in between work. My clothes were washed and ready in 1 1/2 days and they were all clean and folded perfectly. I have yet to get anything dry-cleaned here, but once I do I will update my review. We were a weekly customer at this place since March 2016 - the quality of pressed dress shirts has been ok, we've received shirts often with wrinkles. The BIG issue is ... a month ago they lost half our order - 6 pieces and told us it could be at another facility or mixed in with someone else's order - gave them our number to call us with an update; they called 30 mins later and found the order MINUS one pair of black dress pants! The worker said he was going to try and find and also discuss options with owner ... NO ONE CALLED BACK - ever. Be careful! read more

I dropped shoes off at the cleaners on a Wednesday and told them I wanted just the strap fixed. I also told them specifically that I didn't want to pay more then $10-$15 for repair because they were old shoes. I asked them to call me if the cost was more. Then about 7 days letter I went back to pick them up and they told me it was $45. They also told me that the repair guy put a new heel and fixed the sides of the shoe, which I DID NOT ask them to do. If I wanted to pay $45 for shoes, I would've just bought a brand new pair! And these shoes DID NOT look brand new after their repairs! After repeated conversation about the cost, the manager (I think he was the manager) told me that he he can take the heel off and put my old heel back on and then charge me $15. Now why they would do extra labor to put my old heel back on, just to save themselves money, when it was THEIR MISTAKE, I'm not sure. Either way I left my shoes their. Then they called me about 15 minutes later and tried to bargain the price down to $30 but still wouldn't give me my original price that they had told me. I finally told them I'd pay $20 just to have my shoes back and be done with it. I will never bring anything else here to get fixed or dry cleaned. I have heard from the employees here that they do this all the time and up charge items without asking the customer if they want extra things done. Definitely do not recommend this place! read more

As a first time customer, they failed to meet my expectations. I dropped off 8 items for dry cleaning. Upon pick-up, they tried to only return 4 items, claiming I only had dropped off 4 items. My receipt clearly said 8 items. I had to point out and find my own items on the rack, which led to an argument with clerk who was emphatic about saying that I only dropped of 4 items and the items I was pointing out on the rack were not my clothes. I eventually got all of my items, but it shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to correct an obvious error. At least my clothes was nicely pressed. Bizarre experience. read more

We needed a pile of laundry done. Washed, folded only. No dry cleaning. We asked if this was possible. Young man working there tells us yes. We ask many questions about when the pick up will happen, do they wash on site, or send out, etc. He answers that his boss will pick up and take to their facility and return it. Can we have next day? Yes, he says. We show up the next day at 5pm, the agreed upon time. Our laundry was in a giant black trash bag, still warm, unfolded. ?? Since it was not folded properly, we had to iron it all. If you want your laundry in a couple of days, maybe OK. Not what was promised, as other reviewers state. Be forewarned. When my husband asked what the charge would be, since we were paying for wash and fold, which folding was not done, they did not offer to reduce the price. Only promised a future discount. Prices are about normal for the area, but they take credit cards which another dry cleaner in the area, surprising me, did not (Who doesn't take credit cards?!). I was not happy with my experience, particularly with shoe repair. I had a pair of heels that needed to be re-soled at the heel. I brought it it in June 17th and asked if they could kindly quote me on how much it would cost to repair. I never received a call and decided to follow up today on June 28th. When I called, I was told that they repaired it and it would cost me $20. I specifically asked that they call me BEFORE they did the repair because $20 is a lot for the minimal work that was required. They didn't even call me to tell me it was ready. The serviceperson told me that they send out an email when items are ready. I checked my email and spam email - not a single email at all. I hope they did a good job of repairing the shoe when I go pick it up this week. Their communication has been poor to the say the least. read more

The staff is friendly and attentive, and they respond well to problems. Unfortunately the consistency is low and half the time my items come back with issues (broken buttons on the cuffs are common, pressed-in creases, shirts hung instead of boxed). Had really been struggling to find a quality cleaner after moving to Atlanta. These guys are super friendly, clothes are clean and professionally hung. No harsh chemical smell on the dry cleaning and the laundry is spotless, even the collars and cuffs! Peachy Cleaners does a great job, and they are incredibly nice. A number of places we tried prior to discovering them would press creases into the collar of my shirts, but I've never had this problem there. Also, they aren't overpriced and have good parking. I'm new to the ATL area and was looking for a place close to home to drop off my clothes for dry cleaning. First off this place is less than half a mile from my house and the first time I stepped in I was greeted so warmly by Alisa, very professional and kind. After dropping off my clothes, I came back to pick them up and Alisa again assisted me. All my items weren't ready but she spent the time checking and double checking if they were in yet. She put me in the system to be texted as soon as all my items were back. And sure enough she kept her word and my items were back exactly when she said they would be. BTW- I love the fact I can be texted to pick up my dry cleaning. The cleaners is in an ideal location, never crowded and they give you free bags to take with you for dropping off multiple items. Needless to say this will definitely be my home cleaners. I love the feeling I get when I walk through the door that I'm a regular...even though I'm not yet lol!! But I definitely will be. I have been using Peach Cleaners for quite a while and have been pretty satisfied with the service. They even counted me as a frequent customer and gave me two laundry bags that allowed me to put my clothes in the bag and simply drop off the clothes and my order would be ready, typically in two days. However, two weeks ago I dropped off eight shirts. Typically, I would get an email telling me that my order was ready. This time I did not get a confirmation and I went in about a week after I dropped off my shirts to check on them. The individual said they did not have a record of my shirts. I went back the next day and was told by a different individual that they did not have a record of my shirts but would check the warehouse. I went back the third day and they said that they could not find my shirts. I asked that the owner (John I think) call me. The young lady told me that he was very busy. I told her that we are all busy and I was expecting a phone call. Never did hear from him. As a small business owner I would have expected a phone call, apology and offer to replace the shirts. My only recourse is to write a bad review. If you still choose to use this dry cleaners, I recommend, even if you use their bags, that you get a receipt. read more

I needed a last minute alteration for my wedding dress. When I talked to the owner and explained my ordeal, he said it was no problem to take in my wedding dress in such a short time period. In fact, they emailed me 2 days before I requested it to be ready and said it was ready! They altered it and cleaned it so that it was ready for my big day.
