Here's the deal -- they do a good job but they can be rude and they are also very expensive. It pains me to say the negative because I've always brought my clothing there but sadly, with all the apartments going up in Buckhead, I think perhaps they've gotten overwhelmed and also just feel like they can hike up the prices (especially for women's items.) I would have tolerated all of it, but the rudeness to long time customer isn't excusable. When all goes well, all goes well. I have used them for years no problem but in the past 6 months have has 2 items come back damaged - I pulled this out of the plastic saw this stain and brought it in immediately to be told it wasn't them and they don't know what happened. Used this company and trusted this company for two decades. Things change! IF you use them photograph what you leave , never lose your ticket and good luck. I Never lost a ticket but I failed to photograph our transactions. Pay bloody close attention with this crowd. Several expensive items taken .Two Very aware encounters. My personal items- Absolutely unaccounted for and not even the courtesy of remorse. I'll never darken the doors. You shouldn't either. Not a good choice EVER. Despite the losses and expense of the items..... WHO has time for this? I don't want to spend time replacing the items. I don't have time to beg for what I dropped off in good faith. I really don't know what to say about a dry cleaner. Maybe I'm just picking the right places because I never had any problem in my lifetime with any dry cleaner in any city. My shirts and pants come back clean, which is a good first step. Second, they are neatly pressed. Third, they put it in the mandatory nifty plastic bag on a hanger, and staple all the annoying tags onto your garmets. Sweet! On the rare occasion they miss a pizza oil stain (which I get plenty), they re-do the shirt for free. Sweet! They know my name (bonus). They give out free Tootsie Rolls. Sweet! On the rarest of occasions, I get to practice my very limited Korean vocabulary on them. Not sweet! Oh, and they have umbrellas if it is raining. SWEET! read more

I took several jackets and shirts here based upon the recommendation of a nearby men's store in Tower Place. The customer service is excellent. They saw me struggling to get some items out of my car and came out to help me bring them in. They also helped me take them out to my car when I picked them up. More importantly, they mark every single item on each garment. They were able to remove chewing gum stain from a black suit jacket that another cleaner had left in the pocket and ran through their process. It didn't come out the first time, so I brought it back and they made it look like new, and gave me a discount. Suit jackets that I had counted as lost have been revived. read more

This is for alterations side ONLY as the cleaners have been nothing but great. The alteration has recently had horrible service. This place used to be great but my husband had a few shirts altered and he typically never complains - but said they did a terrible job. I took pajama pants to have the elastic taken out and the job they did was so bad I took them back. The man was very nice and said they would fix and not charge(and did not write a price on receipt which they always do). When I came to pick them up the lady just made up $18 and when I protested politely she said to take them and never come back! Ok so here is the deal. I had a very expensive lavender cashmere sweater from Neimans. I fell and got a blood stain on the sweater and the leather piping around the zip, the lady at neimans said they send all there stuff to European, so I gave it a try. The sweater came out perfect and I have beem a customer the past 10 years. To me they are slightly expensive but it is so worth it. I have tried the cheap cleaners in buckhead and yes they are much cheaper but half the time they dont get the stains out. I cant speak highly enough about European. Give them a shot read more

5 stars since I've been searching for a good neighborhood cleaners and they surpassed what I've found. Located just a block N of the Buckhead triangle, they know what they're doing. They removed stains others couldn't, they inspected each item and fixed things I haven't thought of yet (ex. loose buttons), and they ensure all items are tagged. You won't fear any damaged or lost garments. They truly do care about the clothes and it shows. They also have a good memory for customers' names. Prices are the same if not more reasonable, considering the quality of service, than other cleaners. Come here once and you'll know what I mean. read more

I don't need to make this elaborate, I'll highlight why it's easily 5 stars for me. I just moved to the area and dropped off 11 dress shirts five minutes before they closed on Saturday. They had it ready today (Monday) and each shirt was $1.95. Before I left they gave me a $10 gift certificate for being a new customer. They also removed a stain from one of my shirts and they all came out great. They exceeded my expectations and I'm happy to be a new customer. I have no need to consider any other places. read more

Unfortunate experience. I took in 9 robes to get pressed that I will be giving to my bridesmaids for my wedding next week. I was terribly disappointed with the quality of the result and the $100 price tag for the service. This was Press Only, not even cleaned and $100 dollars for 9 items. When asking the manager if that was correct, he rudely sputtered off their pricing and that was that. Sorry that I won't be able to support this place anymore. read more

I dropped off an item of clothing (white with blue stains) to see if they could remove a bunch of stains. They indicated they may not be able to which I said was fine. When I went to pick the item up, all the stains were still there, disappointing, but OK, they warned me. They then demanded the $ for cleaning it because, even though they could not get the stains out, they cleaned and pressed it. Totally illogical. Why would they take the time to clean and press an item that clearly could not be worn due to stains? Why would I want to pay for cleaning of an item that can't be worn again? I have used many many cleaners in my life, and in this type of situation even the worst ones will offer to try again or not charge for the failed service. I talked to the manager (or maybe owner) and he would not relent. Terrible customer service and poor decision making ... they are losing a customer worth hundreds if not thousands of $ a year over a $20 charge. read more

This is THE BEST cleaners ever!!! They handle the clothes with care and I trust them implicitly. I show dogs and routinely bring them St John knit suits covered in dirt, hair, and terrible stains-i pick them up in pristine condition and they haven't fired me yet as a client . They always go above and beyond to accommodate and are friendly, too! I can't imagine taking my clothes and suits anywhere else. read more

Absolute worst dry cleaning experience of my life. Overpriced and arrogant! Takes days to get your clothes back. Management openly hostile to customers about basic expectations! Was told I could not complain to owner or manager nor would they provide contact names or information. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My ticket said noon on Friday I arrived at 1:15 my garment wasn't ready. They tried to rush and do it quickly in the back while I was waiting and I told them NO. I love European Dry Cleaning. I live almost 400 miles from Atlanta, but I bring my best clothes and linens to them. They clean and block my Anichini coverlets and shams perfectly---not an inch of shrinkage. I've taken one of my coverlets to a fine dry cleaner in Memphis, and they shrunk it so badly that I could never use it again. When I come to Atlanta it's a quick trip, but people at European Dry Cleaning always cheerfully accommodate me with next day service. And I am totally amazed that they know my name when I walk in the door. It's like I'm at home where people do know me. read more
