We had heard not such great things about the Peach Cobbler Factory, so our expectations were very low when we arrived. We ordered three cobblers - original peach cobbler, peach cobbler with pralines, and an apple cobbler. We also got an order of churros and we sampled some of the banana pudding. The banana pudding was definitely not what we were expecting. It was quite bland and even when we asked for samples of the double chocolate one and red velvet one, there was no real flavor. The churros also interestingly enough had a very strange taste. They were not great. The peach cobbler however was excellent. The peaches were soft, the crust was substantial, and there was a good amount of cinnamon and praline in the specialty one. The caramel apple cobbler was also delicious despite lackijg in caramel flavor. What was disappointing was the cheap ice cream containers that they gave us to go with the cobbler as two of the three had old ice cream in them. Overall, I would get the cobbler again but not the churros or banana pudding and I would skip the ice cream unless they have improved the quality of it. read more

It's exactly what i wanted ! A warm gooey peachy cinnamony treat. This cinnamon roll was loaded up with cobbler and icing! Love the little bit of crunch from the praline. Walking in was like standing in front of the oven while you've got some cobbler cooking. It's so warm and smells so sweet! The gentleman that took care of us was very kind! We knew what we wanted to order prior to our visit (it was something we were looking forward to!) and didn't have to wait much longer after ordering! So cute inside but we decided to enjoy our sweets outside at one of the tables. Definitely can't wait to try something else ! read more

The taste was really, good-right amount of serving with the size of the medium cup. It was quiet and it was late. Staff was quite welcoming and they were about close up as it was close to 9PM. We just so happened to be picking up a quick snack nearby when we heard the music and saw the balloons at Peach Cobbler Factory's grand opening. We were heading out of town for the weekend, but are always excited to try out a new local business! From the moment we opened the door, the owner greeted us and chatted with us a for a while. He was so kind and gave great recommendations! If we weren't hitting the road, we would've tried more, but we got a banana pudding. It was delicious! The whipped cream wasn't overly sweet, the banana pudding serving size was hearty, and the wafers inside were great. All the staff members were friendly and we got our banana pudding so quickly. Ordered through Door dash, based on the pictures others had posted the dessert flight looked like it would be accommodating but these things are TINY for the price point. I ordered the banana pudding, Carmel apple cobbler, strawberry cobbler, and the OG cobbler. The best one was the Carmel apple cobbler with flavor, 2nd OG, 3rd banana pudding, and I wouldn't order the strawberry one again. The salted caramel brownie is HUGE especially compared to the size of the flight. It arrived warm and piled high with the whipped cream and drizzled with Carmel. Wow. Good service from staff, but I was super uncomfortable with multiple expressions of profanity written all over their wall. Couldn't wait to leave. Also, front window said they have coffee, but it was pre- bottled which was pre-sweetened & creamed. Not truly 'coffee' and shouldn't be listed on their windows. Went in to get a peach cobbler of some kind and came out with a dessert flight of four different banana pudding dessert cups. I'll have to get the cobbler on my next trip. My puddings have coconut cream, Nutella, chocolate-chocolate chip and red velvet toppings. You can get a combo of pudding and cobblers. The regular cobblers include a scoop of ice cream. The interior is basic but there's a huge slate for the patrons to draw on. Cookies and drinks are also on display. The chef and teller were both friendly and didn't mind me getting four puddings. There were a lot of flavors to choose from. I got peach blackberry and husband got apple walnut. They were both a bit overly sweet for our tastes, though. Cons: the "premium" vanilla bean ice cream was horrible. It was a cheap little pre packaged single scoop in a container with poor flavor. The staff was two college age kids who didn't act like they wanted to be there and a third employee came in to get a paycheck while we were there waiting for our order and we got to overhear an awkward unprofessional conversation. I wasn't really sure what to expect but nothing tasted fresh made in store. Just reheated. I ordered the cinnamon peach and praline cobbler and my friend ordered the mango cobbler (both come with a side of vanilla ice cream). The containers for the cobbler have a covered dome lid and the ice cream also has a lid. Both had some pros and cons. There was a lot of syrup in the cobbler and the filling had little to no flavor. The ice cream flavor was good but really hard to get your spoon into. Overall, I think there could be some adjustments to the flavor of the product before I go back. Stopped by this little place before grocery shopping Sunday. This was our first visit and we had every intention to share a cobbler. Instead, we got sidetracked with the promise of creamy velvety pudding milkshakes. Hubby got the Banana Pudd-N -- keeping it classic. And, I got the Strawberry -- keeping it simple. Yum! We ordered a flight of cobbler from the old st Augustine location for our Christmas Day dessert, we were hosting 15 people. We got the confirmation email that we could pick it up Christmas Day at 11 and our debit card was charged. My husband went to pick it up at 11 and again he went back at noon and the doors were locked and no lights on inside. So needless to say, we had no dessert for our guests! There is no phone number or any way to contact the store. Got the cinnamon praline peach cobbler and banana pudding to go. I was surprised by how much I love the pairing of cinnamon and peaches. The crunchy sweet pecans on top were perfect. So i gave this location a try twice and both times were extremely disappointing. I'm a huge fan of the other cobbler factory locations but this one just isn't it. The first time i came- the cobbler was super soggy and bland tasting. Didn't taste anything like the other locations. Decided to try it again but this time wanted to try the churros. Both times i was told churros would take 10-15 mins as if trying to discourage you from ordering but my son and i wanted to try so we were willing to wait. After waiting 30 mins for the churros I was told the oven broke even though others were still being served cinnamon rolls and cookies. I Asked for a refund and for the shake i ordered 30 mins ago (which should have been served immediately) and had to wait another 20 mins just for the super rude supervisor working in the back to call his manager to get the ok to do so. He came out with a super bad attitude like i was asking for a lot for a refund and shake and had some made up story that i wanted the shake for free when all I wanted was for the damn shake i paid for almost a hour ago. Super disappointed in the customer service skills of this location and won't be back, 3 items for $30 and you would think the service would be a little bit better. read more
