If you love a fruity treat or just dessert in general this place is heaven. It has something for anyone including a 'flight' if you can't decide. I have been to other locations but this one is my favorite. The owner was there the day I visited and she was nice and helpful. I like that this location has an easy to read digital display and they have the flavors broken down into categories like cobbler, pudding, churros, cheesecake, cookies, cinnamon, brownies, ice cream and shakes. The last time I had berry cobbler warmed up and it came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I make cobbler at home however this one is so good and easy. The silky ice cream had specks of vanilla in the swirl. The restaurant is in the Publix shopping center tucked in next to Woof Gang Bakery And Grooming. They have a couple tables outside and more inside the sleek restaurant. They have a selfie wall for your insta story. The flight lets you pick 4 desserts and serving wise is enough for two people. This is the easiest way to try several desserts and is a blessing the indecisive customers.

This location is in a great spot surrounded by several popular local restaurants and stores with heavy foot traffic. The service was great, everything we ordered came out fresh and the cinnamon roll was nice and warm. Highly recommend!

Malcom and Miguel need a raise! They were such a joy to be around and they made sure our order was handle quickly. Amazing service and the cobbler was delicious! I loved the ice cream it tasted homemade and not from Publix or Walmart. Will definitely be back!

Came back a few days later and the experience was so different! We were warmly greeted by Malcolm who was super friendly and hilarious! Miguel was in the back and quickly brought out fresh cobblers that tasted even better the second time. Had to update my review simply for the amazing job these two did!

DULCE DE LECHE CHURRO STIX and MANGO PEACH COBBLER

We visited peach cobbler factory on a Thursday night for dessert. The woman helping us was very nice, and they had some iced tea samples set out too. I ordered the churros with dulce de leche and my companion got the mango peach cobbler. We ended up sitting outside since it was nice out, and they brought our desserts to us. The churros were hot and fresh, and the dulce de leche was really good. I would definitely get churros from here again, but they had a lot more options, and I'd really want to try more other items too. The peach cobbler was good, but it lacked the textural variation that usually comes from having a crunchy pastry type top. I wish they'd had some kind of crumbly element to break it up. That being said, it was definitely still really good! I've never heard of one of these places before, but it seems like they've popped up everywhere overnight to me, and I'm honestly not mad about it.

I've heard so much about this place and finally decided it to try it myself. This place lives up to the hype. As someone who loves the popular magnolia bakery, this place does not disappoint. There was honestly so many variations of all of their items, I had to try the Oreo banana pudding because who doesn't love Oreos? A sweetness overload, but so good! Was able to share this with my partner and still have leftovers, which was a win to me. Was also able to sample one their sweet teas, which was actually pleasantly refreshing. Cute little spot, would definitely recommend if you're in the area and want a sweet treat!

Stopped in with a friend today. We both live nearby and saw that this place had opened. So glad we stopped in! We shared a flight of cobblers and puddings. They were all delicious, but my favorite was the bourbon pecan banana pudding. The staff was really friendly and gave samples of the sweet peach tea, which they make in house. It was really good, so I ended up buying a bottle of the tea too. They have a few tables inside and a couple outside as well. I definitely recommend stopping by to check it out!!!

yummy! Warm Peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream & cinnamon. Pie crust is soft. No crumb topping though

We got the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream & cinnamon. Very yummy ! No streusel topping just soft pie crust. Perfect if craving not your typical dessert. Has only been open 1.5 months. Only 3 tables. Tiny place in strip mall.

Best peach cobbler ever, highly recommend. We will definitely be back to try the different cobblers.

FL Peach cobbler and ice cream

2nd location trying. Thus one by long shot 1000% better. The crust with peaches was mostly cooked through. Although, I prefer crust cooked longer to give it a crunch. Not burning it, but it is crust and crust should have a crunch, a snap a texture to uplift them peaches. The ice cream was OK, nothing to scream about. The cobbler has more flavor, and if you've made scratch cobbler you know what spices you use, you taste and those can be smelled. It's not perfect, but it's close.

Bottled sweet peach tea, a flight deck serving of strawberry cobbler, and a salted caramel cookie!

The portions and overall quality felt underwhelming for what we paid, especially considering how highly recommended this spot tends to be. The baked goods were also on the expensive side. Some of them were enjoyable, but the quality seemed inconsistent, and not everything felt worth the premium price. At this price point, I expected the food to be more memorable and the flavors to stand out more. The restaurant has a cute, casual bakery atmosphere, but the value was the biggest issue for me. I do not mind paying more for high-quality food, especially from a local business, but the experience needs to justify the cost. There were a few good items, so I would not completely rule out trying Se7enBites again. However, based on this visit, I would be more selective about what I ordered and would probably stick to one baked item rather than committing to a full meal. The service was average.

There are so many different tapas to order from, and the best way to try as many as you can is to order the "Get 'Em All" that's offered at their Happy Hour. You can get like 9 different tapas for around $20. My absolute favorite item is the Cajun Chicken Egg Roll. It's stuffed with a good amount of chicken, goat cheese, some veggies, and is served with this not-so-tangy mustard sauce. For all the food that was provided, this is such a good deal. There are a ton of other menu items available, that the "Get 'Em All" doesn't cover, that are also definitely worth trying. The entire place is eclectic and oozing with art and creativity. The walls are covered in paintings and other art pieces made by local artists. Each artwork can be purchased to support them. Sometimes there is a live artist working on their art. You can support them directly by purchasing some prints or any completed pieces they have on display.

It was bagged nicely and well organized. The omelette was a generous sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, peppers, and cheese. There was salsa to add a bit of flavor, but it tasted that it was made in New York City (if you remember that commercial ;) ). The white toast was soft and buttery, and the potatoes were good. My mom enjoyed the banana pecan waffles, and I took a couple bites as well. It was sinfully sweet and enjoyable, especially the bananas. And I must say the coffee was so good, it was even better than the Juan Valdez coffee that I make at home. Since I didn't visit the restaurant, I can't comment on the atmosphere. But I believe the service is excellent because they nicely packed all items and kept it organized. I definitely need to take my family to this restaurant.
