I purchased multiple lawn mowers from here. I had a mower that I had to return 2 years in a row for a right side drive. I was told this is a manufacturer issue but still had to pay to get it repaired each time because they dont stand behind their warranty. I than purchase another mower. this is now the 3rd year in a row I have had to replace the right side drive. the mower has less than 2000 miles on it. I advise anyone in the market for a mower, dont waste you 15000-20000 at this company. They will not stand by their warranty and just continue to have you pay them $$ each year on the same issue. read more

They allegedly fixed my craftsman edger that wouldn't start by replacing the carburetor. When the Edger wouldn't run several months later they said I need to do the same job again, which was over $200. Do I know for sure they ripped me off the first time? I went there to buy parts for a Cub Cadet push mower. First time was for an air filter. Person behind the counter asked if it was purchased from them and when I said no said he could not help me. Did not even try to look up the part. Second time was for a blade for the same mower. Told him the size and the year it was purchased . Again was asked if I purchased from them and was told he could not help me. Would be one thing if he tried to help me but never even looked at his computer . These are not difficult parts that are hard to find. In the past I have purchased a full size backhoe from them and oil,filters and hoses from them for that machine but will never do business with them again. read more

I have been a customer at Peach Country for many years now. Unfortunately, that will not be the case going further. I ordered yards of top soil and compost mixed together. The first issue is that the compost came with extremely large rocks, logs, and debris. I took it upon myself to sift through the soil mix to remove all of the large items. Upon sifting through the soil, I found an infestation of wire worms. As a vegetable gardener this is one of the worst things to have to experience. I have spent years perfecting the healthy microbes and life in my soil to be organic/pesticide/insecticide free. I tried to bait them at home and remove by hand numerous wire worms that I was now finding in all 7 of my raised beds. After doing more research on wire worms, the main advice that was given is to NOT plant anything in the infested beds as wire worms feed on the seeds and roots of plants. I reached out to Steve (the owner) to resolve the issue. I wanted all of the infested soil replaced. At first he seemed agreeable, but told me he would only provide top soil (no compost as he suspected that is where the infestation and the large debris came from) and he would also not provide any labor. Only an hour after agreeing to replace the soil he started to walk it back and advised me to speak with someone who could treat the issue. I advised him that I would hear them out but I am against using chemicals in my garden and anything you read online about wire worms will tell you that there is NO effective insecticide to treat the issue. We have now been going back and forth well over a week now. The last thing I was told was to contact Rutgers Agricultural Dept and I will have to provide them with a sample, etc. This is not good enough for me. I have vegetable starts that are ready to be in the ground and he has me chasing a solution that will never come. I even sent him a PDF directly from Rutgers Agricultural Department explaining how there is almost no solution other than baiting and/or not using the beds. It seems obvious to me that he does not care about how their product has ruined years of work. It is obvious to me that he has no sympathy for his customer and that it is more important for him to keep his $ then to make what is obviously very wrong, right. All I ask now is to be reimbursed for the lost product so that I can pay another company for a product that I can trust. I would advise anybody who is thinking of using this company, to NOT USE THEM. If Steve plans to make this right, I would happily update any negative reviews that are left. read more

WOW, what great people to deal with, fixed my 1998 New Holland LX 565 like new again, very honest and upfront. I could not be happier!

I took a piece of equipment to them for a warranty repair. Apparently they have some sort of contract with home depot. They said immediately that they probably would not honor the warranty because it looked like the item was abused. Two days later they called to say that the damage was caused by abuse, which it clearly wasn't and quoted me a ridiculous price to repair it. I said no thank you and that I would be by to retrieve the equipment. After I got it back, I made the repair myself and started it up only to find that someone there had punctured a hole in the gas line. I had taken photos of engine before I took it to them. The photos clearly show that there was no hole in the place where it appeared after they had the item. It's my contention that it was deliberate. Not only is this not good business practice, it's downright dangerous. I wouldn't recommend these people for anything. read more

Just telling you about what happen to me .....I spent a lot of money on a ferris lawnmower at peach country tractor off rt55 in Mullica Hill, I had a problem with the tractor, so I took it back for repair, they so called fixed the problem and caused two others, 1st problem, gave me the wrong blades back that were rusted and old, refused to give me the correct blades, then I put my lawnmower in a local repair shop to have the blades removed because I couldn't even budge them with a air gun or electric one ....and was told they had to heat the bolts up, just to remove them, I asked what could cause that to happen? They said the wrong blades were put on the lawnmower, the hole on the blade was around an1/4 inch bigger then the bolt to hold them, they said that could of ruined the bearings in time, now this was done by the same company that sold me the lawnmower (Peaches) this is a warning to all .......there are reputable places around do your research, will not be back there for any future purchases. ....the blades on the rt are what they gave me back.they were a week old before I went down there, the rt side are blades I had in my garage for over a yr .....not a bit of rust on them ......you have been warned !!! read more
