It feels too crowded, as if there were too many patients than each PT is equipped to handle. They also chat amongst themselves and with other patients they're not even working on non stop- it feels a high school clique rather than a professional office. Incredibly enough I was shocked there was gossip among the staff going on in the open space where patients were able to hear everything. I was left standing between exercises for far too long, twiddling my thumbs. I switched to a PT in NYC next to my office who was considerably more attentive and would actually talk to me during treatment and ask how things were feeling. Now I'm back in Long Island and looking for a new PT, but the experience here left a sour enough taste in my mouth to not come back. I added in an extra star because the billing team is really nice and helpful.

My knee was really messed up and my surgeon said some pre-op physical therapy would help with the post-op healing and he really trusted this practice. I was nervous, but found there was no need. These folks were amazing. That first time, I went through almost a year of therapy with better-than-expected results. Since then, my husband and I have gone back about 4 times over the years for PT. It's so nice that they remember us like it was yesterday every time, even if we haven't been in for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They've changed locations over the years, and we've followed Rich and Mike each time. I like their Hicksville location very much, and was introduced to Dr. Dave Cazalet. I hadn't met him before this round of PT, but he was as nice as if I'd always known him. The whole staff is great. There's lots of parking and the office is easily accessible and convieniently located. This office takes away a lot of the stress you might feel going to a doctor.
