The attitudes here are crazy, and I mean attitudes over nothing. The left hand doesn't know the right hand is doing. I was told that my lab results were lost, yeah, the blood was put in the wrong tube which resulted in the original reason why I came into the facility, not being resolved. Background Last week, I lost all sense of taste and was worried that I might have somehow gotten COVID again. I was also experienced stuffy ears for about a week before this, so I was hopeful that it was a simple sinus infection or allergies. But I figured the responsible thing to do would be to get it checked out. Exterior Clean, lots of parking space. Interior Well lit, clean - no complaints. Customer Service Brunette guy with septum piercing doesn't seem comfortable working with the public. Never once made eye contact with me during my interaction. Just looked at his screen or looked over his shoulder. Also, he kept touching his hair, stroking it, lifting it, moving it in some way. It was long, beautiful hair, but still. And while I don't have any aversions to facial piercings, I always thought there were some sort of safety and sanitation rules about folks in healthcare not being able to wear facial piercings, long nails or unbound hair (as in - you don't have to put on a hairnet or anything but it has to be pulled back and away from the face). Angel, the lady who did my intake was rude and hostile. Didn't speak to me even when greeted. Didn't ever tell me what she was doing. Sticks a thermometer in my face and just waits for me to open my mouth. Sticks two swabs in front of my face and expects me to tilt my head back for a nose swab or a throat swab. Unsure of what she wanted. She actually used both swabs in my nose but she barely inserted them inside my nostrils. It was bizarre. She was so awful she made me want to flee the place. 0 stars. My provider was great. Perfect bedside manner. Empathetic, efficient, friendly - took the time to explain various things. Other Love the ease of online scheduling and online check-in. For some reason the 2909 Austell Rd Neighborhood Walmart still won't show up in their preferred pharmacy drop down options, but no stars deducted for that. Lol. Overall I still love this place but the support staff definitely needs some fine tuning. read more

This has to be the slowest possible place ever. nothing is on time no matter how sick you are. Waits are over an hour and a half even if you have an appointment. They need more doctors or need to be efficient. read more

Do not bother making an appointment. It means nothing. Facility opened at 8:00 and my appointment was 8:15. I arrived at 8:10 and kiosk said my appointment was 8:15. They sent me a text with a link to complete the check-in and the appointment time changed to 8:25. At 9:00, I asked lady at front desk what was the purpose/benefit of an appointment if they were still seeing patients without an appointment before you? Her response was appointments give you priority but there's still a wait. Had I known that, I would have just shown up at 8:00 since it appears to be "first come, first served" regardless of an appointment. The good news is the service is great and I'd go again. I've just learned that having an appointment doesn't really matter and you're not going to be seen any faster than if you didn't have one. read more

Horrible experience for my husband whom went to be seen after his major car accident... after 3DAYS of trying he was UNABLE to be seen. He ended up having to go to the ER ANYWAYS, when that was the whole reason for wanting to avoid that because of COVD overload!!! There is no sense of urgency!!! How can you call yourself self a Urgent care... if you make someone who had a concussion from an major car accident and could have internal bleeding wait 3 whole days?!?!?!?! This place should nit be able to use the word "urgent" in their name, they should be striped and forbidden to use it! Day 1, he went in at 1pm... they told him that it was by app. Booked him an app. For 6pm. When he went in at 6pm, they told him he could not be seen with out having a car insurance claims number. They asked him to come back the next morning. Day 2 he went in the next morning, they said he did not have an app. And for him to come back at 7pm. He went back at 7pm, they made him wait for an hour, just to tell him it was to late for them to do the X-rays and MRI. So they sent him home again, and told him to come back at noon the next day!!! Day 3 goes in at noon, just be told to come back at 2:30pm to been seen. When he goes back they tell him since if was a car assistant, they have to have medpay inorder for him to be seen, even thought he has Kaiser (which they state that they accept on the auto phone service) but they guy said he can nor use his health insurance for a car accident because it's to much liability for them if they fit some resin don't want to pay for it!!!! Have you ever heard such bull?!?!?!? So after 3 days of trying my husband goes access the to be seen at Well Star West Cobb ER instead... even though the wait is 8hours!!!! Very young teen test drive through patients and seem to be super overloaded. In between, they're scrolling on their phones with their gloves on after getting your vitals. Even if you have insurance, they want a card on file- why? The rapid test is $176 & the PCR is $250 if you don't have insurance. Be aware that they will not release any results until your card payment clears as well. read more

Usually when patients have shortness of breath/ chest pain they are suppose to be pulled by quick right ??? But my brother went here to be seen for chest pain and shortness of breath it took him 15 minute to get in the back???? Like i work in the medical field when i see a patient with chest pain i pull them back quickly. Especially with trouble breathing I also told the front desk lady she was hispanic, and i informed her about my brother and everything all she said was ok. Like what? She did not bring the pulse socket to check his O2 or anything. like that's very unprofessional and this needs to be changed. read more

This place is a SCAM! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came in on August 2nd after stepping on glass the previous night. The doctor proceeded to tell me that there was no glass in my foot, soaked it and sent me on my way. They are trying to charge me $319 for doing nothing! Then, after the pain continued I went to the Emergency Room on August 18th and they said there was CLEARLY glass in my foot and removed it. I tried contacting the doctor from Peachtree Immediate Care and he refused to take my call and resolve the situation. They are not helpful, knowledgable or corporative so do not waste your time going here. read more

I made a same day appointment on May 7, 2020 and was tested for Covid-19. Someone I work with daily tested positive for the virus. I was advised that results will be available 3-5 days later. I went to work and informed my other coworkers of my decision and they decided it was smart to get tested. One coworker got her test administered on Friday, May 8th after 3:30pm. On Wednesday, May 13, 2020 she was called with her test results. I visited the location where I had my test performed and they had no records of my results. When asked why someone who tested after I did was able to get her results, I as told, maybe the coworker was not being truthful. I spoke with the doctor on site and was informed that they will research and someone will call me to advise further. that was May 13th. Still no call from Peachtree Immediate or its affiliates, I dropped by again on Friday, May 15, 2020.I was again told they had not received my results and for me to call any Labcorp in my area and inquire. I called Labpcorp at length and was advised they have no records in their system and I should return to the facility that performed the testing. This is very frustrating, disappointing and concerning to say the least. I am making another visit this morning and will contact my insurance provider, CIGNA, to dispute the charges.
