Larry doesn't have many reviews because he does a great job, and it's much more motivational to complain than to compliment. But Larry really did a great job on my home inspection. He and his lovely wife got into every nook and cranny of the house I am under contract for. They pointed out every little issue, from the fridge's ice maker not working, to larger issues like the home having absolutely no smoke detectors. They took many, many photos of the home, and reccomended a great pest expert to assess the home for termites. Overall, if you're on the fence about using Larry, please do so! He and his wife are very kind people and even better home inspectors.

He found many items that needed addressing, and spent an hour on the phone with me going over them with me, as well as emailing me many photos. He also submitted a very detailed, typed report 25th more photos. I truly appreciated his going above and beyond the call of duty, especially since I'm an out of state buyer. Nate does a nice job talking you through everything in the inspection process, and you can tell he knows about customer service. Sometimes the inspectors can be a little gruff, or maybe too direct. Nate's so personable and honest, it's a refreshing change of pace. They are also very thorough and cover top to bottom. This inspection ran us a bit more than one in the past, but that's because we added chimney and sewer specialists to it, so all in all it worked out to be about average in cost. Apparently they're very responsive as well, which is good because I have a few questions after digging into some details. Assuming the best and rounding up here based on prior communications. I'd recommend them and will with for them again down the road.

Frank is very personable, explained all areas of interest which would raise flags, which items should be given immediate attention and others which were normal settling such as vertical/horizontal cracking. His suggestions of benefits such as additional attic insulation, drainage away from the foundation, etc., put us at ease that nothing serious was noticed, just maintaining good maintenance practices. Frank made sure all our questions were answered and stated not to hesitate to contact him for any issues in the future prior to hiring someone. Highly recommend 'PST ENGINEERING'.

I took pictures of the vehicle and he did not start to drive safely until he noticed I was taking the pictures. The name of the company and all of their information was on the back of the truck so I decided to give the business a call. I started the conversation by nicely saying that they need to monitor their drivers because there is a driver on highway 50 that is driving crazy and very unsafe. His immediate response to me was " shut up you whore and runoff the road". I responded with "excuse me?" And he told me "you heard me". I told him that I can't believe that he would talk to a customer that way and he just responded by saying "shut the fuck up you whore I hope you run off the road into a ditch and I'm going to make you hate my truck". I asked him if that was how he talk to customers and he told me to "suck his dick". When I got off the phone with him, he kept speeding up and slowing down to try to make me rear end him. Every time I would try to pull my car out away from him he got right back out in front. Finally I was able to get a head and he calmed his fragile self down and stayed behind me for a while. About 20 minutes later he flew past me going at least 100 miles an hour and flipped me off. I have never met a man with such fragile masculinity in my whole life. There is no Reason for the owner of a company to act this way. I am just so blown away with how unprofessional he was. I wish I was exaggerating or making this up but it is all 100% true and accurate.
