I started getting emails from this company out of nowhere, with no introduction or explanation that they go by a different name (Pestban) in my area--just straight to sales. The sales rep, Deanna, was confusing, overly pushy, and sent multiple contracts before I even confirmed interest. Her excessive calls and emails were off-putting, and I seriously considered not using the company because of her. If this is her sales style, she needs training. If the company allows it, shame on them. Then Josh Klein showed up at my house (part of my builder contract), and he completely turned things around. He was professional, knowledgeable, and the only reason I decided to subscribe. The service itself is great--non-toxic and quick. Their website isn't very user-friendly on mobile, and they only accept card or ACH, which isn't ideal. Four stars because of Josh and the service. Minus one for Deanna. read more

We used Advanced Services for many years and were happy with our service, but when Peachtree took over, the quality plummeted. We had a new technician every month, and could not be certain that we were getting the Eco service we'd contracted for. Sometimes you could smell it, sometimes not. One tech told us that the gecko droppings were "probably rat droppings." Another one said he was headed home and there wasn't time to "mix up more," so he was going to do just a partial treatment even though we had had issues with Palmetto bugs. When I cancelled service (after 21 years), they didn't even ask why. Clearly, they don't care about customer service. Glad to be done with them. read more

For my pest control service, they started coming only once a year and spending 20 minutes for the service at a rate of $450. I told them I was not going to renew my contract, they immediately sent someone over to collect the termite traps. I still had 6 weeks left on my current contract. I have never seen such behavior from a "professional" company. Also, the dehumidifier for my crawl space they sold me had a 5 year warranty. It went out after 2 years. Peachtree (Advanced Services) did nothing. I had to contact the dehumidifier manufacturer, and they sent a new unit. Don't do business with these guys unless you like getting ripped off. read more

I contracted with Advanced services and was very happy with them until the company was sold to pestban and peach tree pest control. I noticed that pest ban was not coming out to my house and there was no hanger left on my door. When I contacted them they assured me that they always left door hangers when they serviced a property so it was determined that they had been serving the wrong address but did not offer compensation for the services I paid for and did not receive. I had a conversation with one of the managers who eventually did credit me but I discontinued monthly service because of the price increase. I retained the annual termite protection, but soon noticed that they were not coming by monthly to inspect the traps after we had some concrete poured. When I called they said they only come annually because these traps didn't need to be inspected monthly. They were the same traps that have been there since Advanced installed them. And another hefty price increase. I sent them written notice that I would not be renewing my annual contract and they responded with a voicemail stating they were terminating my warranty immediately and would not honor my termite letter for 2025 even though I was paid in full for another 2 months and they Would be picking up their equipment immediately. This response was unprofessional and not business minded. I'm not sure if this employee who left this voicemail thought people would respond to feeble threats. I don't think you can just terminate a contract until it has expired and if that is this companies practice, then I would be cautious about entering a contract with them. I sure miss advanced services but I'm looking forward to the next 20 years with Hargrove pest control. Bought out our old company. Service good but has doubled over the past 4 years of service. Now they changed there billing without telling us and took 2 months of service fees and won't reverse. Referred to me by a coworker who's had them for years. Great company that helps keep the bugs out. When we first moved in we had your average Georgia bugs crawl into our home on a daily basis. Since signing up with Advanced Services over a year ago we have not really been seeing any bugs inside the house. If one does make it past the door it pretty much just rolls over dead. Their service is every other months and definitely does a great job. We've even called their service reps out twice to address issues we've had in an upstairs room and have not seen the bugs return since. They're very responsive and usually come out within 24-48 hours for an emergent call. Highly recommended read more

Recently a running hose was left next to my house foundation at the septic penetration for 24hours which flooded my crawl space with ~6000 gallons. Advance Services had workers and managers at my home within 1 hour of receiving my call. After assessment, pumping water out, dehumidifier for over a week, continued monitoring, moisture measurements, and a new improved moisture barrier installed the work is now done.
