The folks here usually do a great job but I am mega disappointed today. They came out a week ago and sprayed inside and out because we were having several issues with bugs inside. Yesterday I sat out on our screened in porch and was attacked by literally hundreds of small black ants- so much so that I had to leave the table. I called on Thursday and I explained to the front desk clerk that it is football season, I have plans to use the screened in porch for food this weekend but she could literally care less and said they cannot get anyone here till Monday. This is not the service I am used to from Aiken Pest. They can do better than this and if they don't then I will find someone else that can. read more

Recently relocated locally and we have used Aiken Pest Control for years. Tried to switch a couple years back but product, quality, overall professionalism and knowledge can't compare to this company. Len Pilot came and did our initial service and words can't express his overall above and beyond call of duty!! Very informative, thorough, and extremely professional appearance. Have you ever been so mad you could spit. Well, I am madder than that. When I decided to use Aiken Pest Control I thought that they would be a good fit. When I signed the paperwork,I was told that there was no yearly contract, that I could cancel at anytime. That is soooo not true. Towards the end of July we discovered that the house we were renting was going up for sale and we had 30 days to move out. I called Aiken Pest Control and spoke to a female in the office and told her not to send anyone to our home that I had to stop the service. At no time did she say that I was under contract and would have to buy the contract out. She said no problem and took my information and address. Forward 3 months. I look on my bank statement and find that I just paid for pest removal at an address I no longer live at. When I called for a refund Amber informed me that I had signed a contract and was not entitled to my refund. This company doesn't stand behind what their employees say. I would never recommend them for any service. We previously used Mosquito Joe and had no problem when we moved. One phone call was all it took to stop service. This company wants 30 days, in writing mailed to them. Further more, they were to call me when they were coming out because we had pets in the yard that had to be put away. I received no phone call before the service was preformed. Please, do not use this company. read more

These folks are all about the customer! I have their quarterly service plan covering inside and out of my home. Service technicians are always respectful and take very good care to provide excellent service. I have called a couple of times outside of my service window and they come right out, promptly to take care of any issues. I can rest assured that there's no bugs in or near my home and if I see one they'll come take care of it! Get their service plan! It's well worth the $ (totally affordable)! read more

They take good care of us. We're on their schedule plan. They come every 3 months. However if you see any insects or pests that come around in between, they come and handle accordingly at no charge. Very efficient and very informative especially when we have questions about certain bugs that come around due to weather. We moved here from the West coast and havent had to deal with all the bugs y'all have out here due to the humidity and very different environment. Aiken came very recommended and we know we're in good hands as far as pest control in and around our home. All good. read more

This is the most unprofessional experience I have had with a company with such high reviews! I have been back and forth with this company for over a month to have my house treated for termites. Three separate occasions someone was underneath my house. My quote was done, my appointment was scheduled. The day before the appointment I was contacted by the company saying they wanted to push my appointment back because a moisture barrier consult needed to be done first. I told them that was unacceptable and that they should have contacted me sooner to have the moisture barrier consult done before my scheduled appointment for termite treatment. We agreed that the day of the appointment the person would come to do the moisture barrier consult before or at the same time as the termite treatment. Well the day of my appointment two separate employees of the company show up. The guy for the moisture barrier was under the house and the guy for termite treatment was having me sign all of my paperwork for payment and treatment. When the moisture barrier man came out he said there was moisture under my house and that they could not treat my house for termites indefinitely. Offered me no solution to the matter at all. Now mind you two other representatives of this company have been under my house by this point and had noted the moisture from down AC ductwork and a bathroom leak and said that this would not interfere with the house being treated. One even recommended a dehumidifier under the house. So basically this company just wasted a months worth of my time and made me go through 4different appointments just to say they can't help me all of a sudden. I'm more than annoyed to say the least. read more
