We had a scary ride to the airport this morning. My wife and I were picked up, on time at 4:30 am,…read moretime at our hotel. On the way to the airport, the driver, #19, was constantly tuning stations on the radio or looking at his cell phone. On the highway through the downtown Atlanta area, his driving was very erratic and several times he was going way too fast. He had difficulty staying in his lane of traffic and was continually swerving out of our lane into other lanes of traffic, all while taking curves at speeds that made my wife and me afraid he was going to flip the minivan. Much of the time he was driving with his left hand only and was distracted with the radio and his cell phone which he kept on the passenger seat so that he was often looking to his right at the cell phone on the seat or in his right hand. All in all, this was a white knuckle ride that I spent most of the time praying that we would make it to the airport alive. I do not often write reviews and almost never write bad reviews but I felt it important to let International taxi know so that it might prevent a serious accident in the future. If this were a driving test this driver, # 19, would have failed miserably.
