One, don't assume people aren't just not calling you back. They have lives too. secondly, after the review, I received a very kind response from the owner and understood what happened. Needless to say, I felt bad for leaving the review. I did due to the circumstances. She was very kind and polite and I will be giving them a call again. The only thing I could find was to update the review so if this is a second review, I tried to correct the first one.
