I called on that prior day and the phone went straight to phone mail where I left a message. I also sent messages via text to the phone number that I had. She saw where I had an appointment on April 2nd. But didn't see where it was rescheduled to the 9th. She said that Marie was sick today (which today is the 9th, the rescheduled date). Then she said that "she can't control her employees" and that comment completely blew me away. She did offer to come out tomorrow or another day. She also said that she was on vacation on spring break last week, and guessed that my request for cleaning services "fell through the cracks " and she couldn't help when mistakes are made (by accident). I do understand that mistakes can be made but I did everything possible to try to communicate with this company to no avail, then I listened to a myriad of excuses.
