It almost been a week and I am still tender, lots of hair was missed and my skin is just agitated in general. I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. Other waxing salons are $20+ more for the same service and same results, so why go anywhere else? Fernanda took great care, maintained pleasant conversation throughout and kept reminding me to breathe. My service was blocked for 30mins but I was out in under 20. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. The establishment is just as clean as I've experienced in past visits. Currently, the employees are wearing masks and they are asking all clients to wear masks as well.

I understand the ability to make an appointment but if you take walk ins I'm confused why you would have someone waiting.
