She shares that the next available appointment is next Friday. I explain that I'm going out of town on Monday so next Friday is not an option for me. She then proceeds to tell me that there's no other availability today and ultimately I'm just out of luck. Now with my vacation just 48 hours away and being it a holiday weekend, I am left high and dry -- thanks a lot Pure Wax. Not to mention, it's practically impossible to even book an appointment with them because of their low staffing numbers. It seems as if the estheticians are never working! And that's when you're looking weeks and months out on their calendar. Long story short, never again will I patronize or recommend Pure Wax.
