This place is very beautiful the staff are nice. However I came here to get my lashes done and I paid almost $200 and within days they were falling off. I text the last tech and let her know there was no response. So I called her and she told me oh I do not usually pay attention to text messages. However she put me in to redo my lashes free of charge. She was very apologetic. Unfortunately once she was done with my lashes she told me that she forgot to put the sealant on my lashes at my initial appointment. So I'm trying to understand how do you forget a step while applying someone's lashes. That really rubbed me the wrong way I will never return. On top of that the staff are really chatty amongst each other talking about people other clients missing steps on my lashes and I'm sure if she missed a step on my lash she has neglected someone else my worst experience ever. read more

Wow, I love this place! The results were stunning. I came in here on a road trip, visiting from Los Angeles where I have been to tons of lash places. This is by far the best place I've ever been. I went in on Tuesday for a Classic Lash extension and only a few days later I am missing like 50% of my lashes. I have been following all instructions for after care so I am not sure why this is happening but the middle of my right side lashes are all but gone. read more

Made a last min appointment. She was very accommodating. I've had Russian volume lashes which when they shed look atrocious. Its been almost a week and I've lost minimal in comparison and they still look amazing. Niesha made them look so full, long and as natural as lash extensions could look. I thought I loved the Russian volume but I definitely think I like having the staggered fluffy lashes better. They are far more affordable and don't take nearly as long. I love them will definitely be getting a fill in a couple of weeks. I love not having to wear make up and false lashes when I want to look glamorous! read more

I went to legacy lashes in Cartersville yesterday and saw Alexus. I used to go to a place in Buckhead but I moved to Acworth so wanted to try closer. The lash lift did not come out nearly as good as the other place and my eyelids became swollen because of dried glue left on them. It was not the result you would want from this service. I didn't get a good look at them till I got home as my eyes needed to adjust to being closed and they were lifted but not straight when I did get a good look. When I was there I said they looked good to be considerate but I couldn't see them well. I was disappointed. I asked for a refund (stating she could keep the tip) so I could get them corrected but Alexus just offered to redo them stating I wouldn't get a refund. She stated she couldn't be sure I didn't get them wet. I've been having this service performed for 3 years and I know not to get them wet. I don't feel Alexus is skilled enough to be doing this service and have rescheduled with my normal vendor in Buckhead. I am out $75. Please be careful when choosing someone. The store was cute and the atmosphere relaxing but the result matters. I don't appreciate being accused of causing a bad result from a service that was not done properly. read more
