Natalie and Peak Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our rental house after some "undesirable" previous tenants left our house looking like a trash dump and smelling like a giant dirty cat litter box. They cleaned our oven to looking almost like new. It had been so nasty we had planned on trashing it and buying a new one. Everything they cleaned was cleaned very well, but what we appreciated most was their willingness to work around our hectic schedule with other contractors and our various other "projects" that were underway in the house. On top of that, they completed their work without ever actually meeting us in person! We live out of town, and left Natalie and Peak Cleaning a key to our house, and they did the rest. Beware of this company they hire THIEVES! The first time they stole liquid laundry detegent by filling up their own bottles. The second time one engages you in conversation while the other one steals stuff. We had cabinets full of brand new, never used, expensive towels stacked nicely that were rummaged through and half were gone! Again again again! Miss Natalie and her team knocked it out of the park! My wife is going through chemo therapy and we needed some help with cleaning around the house. The team at Peak Cleaning made the entire process painless and did an outstanding job! They came in and shared their compassion for my bride, what she was going through and that they would take care of the house. I was first turned on to them seeing the breast cancer ribbon on their pictures, and wanted to show some love to a business that is giving back. Very expensive. Just an "ok" clean. I'd give the clean 3 stars. Garth tried to justify there is a price difference in "hand wiping" for dusting rather than a quick swipe with a wand. Or simply wiping down the floors rather than hand cleaning for areas that need more attention. To me, clean is clean?? That's why I give 2 stars. You can tell the owners teach their cleaners to do exactly what's on a list quickly, instead of doing an outstanding job from their own perspective and making sure they didn't miss anything. I don't need to spend $50 an hour rate having someone else swiffer for me. I wouldn't go to peak for a deep clean, you won't get a dazzling home in return. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I'm disappointed that I feel way different than the majority of the other reviews. Note - I gave them two opportunities to clean my house and talked to the owners each a couple times. So I tried to understand how they service homes and ultimately am out hundreds of dollars. read more
