The turn around time for everything was less than 3 hours. Honestly the time saved, other potential issues found and fixed, and expertise shown have made this the most incredible PC repair service I have ever used. He is worth every single penny. I arrived around 3:30 PM only to find the doors locked and no employees inside. There were several other customers outside as well, all just as surprised and frustrated as I was that the location was closed. I attempted to contact customer service to find out what was going on, but I was stuck navigating an automated system and was never able to reach a representative or get any answers. It's extremely disappointing to make a special trip based on the posted business hours, only to find the location unexpectedly closed. If a store is going to close early or not operate during its advertised hours, that information should be updated online so customers don't waste their time and gas. Management needs to do a better job of ensuring that posted hours are accurate and that customers are properly informed of any changes. Would not recommend relying on the posted Sunday hours at this location.

As a long time customer our office has seen Jones Printing go above and beyond to meet our needs even when we have had what some may consider unreasonable deadlines. My office uses a few different print vendors, but there really is something special about Jones. The level of quality control here is top-notch: from the copy-proofers, color-proofers, the teams responsible for operating the printing (digital and press), folding, cutting, bindery, delivery and so much more. I know that the pieces they print look good.
