We were told we were absolutely required to sign up for Bish Fix and provide them with our credit card or we couldn't have our trainer's warranty work done. Bish Fix requires you to be on the phone with a technician, whose schedule you at the mercy of, to diagnose your own problems and needed repairs instead of taking your unit to their location for problem solving and repair. This includes getting down on the ground or opening panels to access electrical and other areas. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. We will never buy another trainer from Bish and we will not take our trailer there for future maintenance or repair needs.

Anyone who's camped in a small space knows how quickly it can become challenging--especially sharing with family. So, when my wife excitedly said, "We should buy our own trailer!" it seemed perfect for creating our family memories. We visited dealership after dealership, touring countless trailers until they blended together. One day, my wife burst through the door exclaiming, "I found the perfect trailer!" Her excitement was contagious, and we immediately planned to see it. At Bish's RV, the salesperson warmly showed us the trailer. I specifically asked about an inverter, and she assured me it was "wired for one but doesn't include it." Comfortable with that, we discussed financing. She confidently promised they could beat any other bank by 50%, an offer that seemed fantastic. We slept on it and, convinced we'd found our dream trailer, returned the next day to complete the paperwork. After clearly agreeing on our maximum affordable payment, we were shocked to see the actual payment higher than agreed. Despite this, we moved forward, eager for joyful camping memories. Our excitement quickly turned to frustration. During our first trip, we found water leaking beneath the trailer when flushing the black tank. Disappointed, we returned it to Bish's RV, who also replaced a missing dust cap. With hopes restored, we believed our troubles were over. However, while winterizing, we discovered the water heater bypass valve wasn't functioning, forcing another visit. The following season brought more disappointment--the water heater wouldn't start. After a week-long stay at the dealership, we learned it was due to loose wiring. Our breaking point came on our most recent outing. My daughter sat down, and the bench collapsed beneath her. Her shock deeply saddened me. Inspecting further, I found the supports poorly stapled, careless and avoidable. Later, my wife quietly asked, "Does the fridge look strange?" Our hearts sank as we saw it falling into the cabinet, shattering our dreams of joyful, relaxing trips. Feeling disheartened, we contacted BishFix. Despite the warranty, they required a $190 upfront fee. We reluctantly paid, enduring a month of delays and frustrations as the technician awaited BishFix authorization. Another traumatic moment was the door lock failing, locking us out. Since we live in our trailer full-time due to my wife's role as a camp host, this was more than inconvenient--it was terrifying. After dinner with family, we found the key spinning uselessly in the lock. Panic overwhelmed my youngest daughter, who had a heartbreaking panic attack. Roadside assistance repeatedly asked for my details, promising callbacks but never helping. Desperate and exhausted, I pushed out a window screen and lifted my nephew inside to unlock the door. Finally, I drove an hour and a half to Bish's RV to speak directly with someone. After repeatedly explaining our situation, feeling unheard and overlooked, they arranged for a technician the next day. Upon arrival, the technician confirmed my suspicion that the blinds were installed backward. The always polite and professional service desk employee promised the Regional Manager would contact me. When he did, rather than providing solutions, he shared unrelated frustrations about delays on his expensive home project. Feeling even more unheard and dismissed, he eventually promised to evaluate our trailer's current value, leaving us waiting again. We've documented numerous build-quality issues, heartbreakingly evident from our very first trips. Photos show these issues clearly, but the emotional toll--the disappointment, broken promises, and seeing my family's excitement dashed repeatedly--is immeasurable. Even the door, randomly locking or refusing to open, symbolizes our experience. We share this hoping other families can avoid the heartache we've endured. I know this place is owned by a personal business I believe and if I was the owner I would go through and replace a lot of people cause it seems they lack empathy and judgment so if your a young couple they look at you as immature and broke... if you are super well off and can just throw money at them and are a complete A-hole then this is the place for you!

In November 2025, I purchased a new camper van from Parris RV. The van had six issues that Parris…read moreRV said they could address. Unfortunately, only one of these issues were resolved, and the remaining ones were either not fixed or were done poorly and required additional attention. 1. One issue was the intermittent working of the interior light switch. I assumed this was fixed, but the light switch is still flaky. 2. A cowling around the front fog light was missing. They replaced the cowling, but it fell off again after a few thousand miles. 3. The outdoor shower needed to be replaced. The replacement was not sealed properly and leaked into the interior of the van during heavy rain. There was also sealant on the side of the van from a sloppy job. The replacement shower head was leaking due to a missing rubber gasket. An interior panel was removed to access the shower, but it was replaced more than an inch out of line, making it impossible to make up the bed. 4. The toilet needed to be replaced due to staining from antifreeze. The new toilet was not secured properly to the base, making it wobble. This poor installation also prevented the toilet seat and lid from opening completely. 5. The interior upholstery on the sliding door needed to be replaced. They removed the original upholstery by destroying the panels. After removing the panels, they discovered that they had ordered the wrong ones and it would take several months to get the new ones. They reinstalled the original ones, but because they had ruined them, they installed them using scrap wood and wood screws. Not only did it look terrible, but the panels were hanging on by a thread and were dragging against the vehicle when the sliding door was opened. I had to remove the damaged panels, fix them, and reinstall them so the van could be used. When they finally got the new panels, I chose them and installed them myself, not trusting the personnel at Parris. 6. Finally, the lithium batteries were not working properly. The service department at Parris RV Service claimed to have reset the batteries, but if they did, it didn't work from day one. I took the van to a reputable dealer in Las Vegas. After the competent dealer tested the batteries they contacted the battery manufacturer, and determined that the batteries were faulty and needed repair/replacement. Parris RV was only able to fix one out of six items on the punch list. I had to fix or pay to have someone fix the other remaining items. Additionally, when I dropped the van off for repairs, it was clean. When I picked it up it was filthy, with handprints on the walls and doors, and debris on the floor. These are the reasons for giving Parris RV a poor review.

His in-depth videos answered every question we had--these truly are unique, purpose-built trailers, not something you can just pick up anywhere. We wanted a compact rig that could take us anywhere without a lot of fuss, and Shane's content made it clear what we needed. When we finally visited RVs of America in Utah, Josh took the lead on our purchase and made sure we got a very fair deal. Their service team worked quickly on the custom upgrades we wanted--knowing we'd traveled a long way, they had everything ready in record time so we didn't have to stay extra days. On pickup day, Coby spent the entire day walking us through every feature of our new trailer, double-checking that all our ordered options were installed exactly as requested. From start to finish, the whole RVs of America team in Utah was helpful, supportive, and genuinely kind. We couldn't be happier with our trailer or the customer care we received--and we highly recommend RVs of America to anyone looking for a top-notch off-grid setup.

His response back to me was " it's a 22" but I haven't tak'n a tape measure to it" I asked a couple more questions. His response to those were "no sorry" ..."no sorry". Wouldn't a quality reputable RV business have salesman that would pick up the phone and call the interested customer ? I asked his name he would not respond. It was until I went back to the ad and saw who I was dealing with, and then went to yelp to check on this business and seen that Jaxon has also had other complaints. I have owned my own business over 35 years and if one of my employees ever was sarcastic with one of my customers or had multiple complaints, they no longer would be working for me. I will take my money elsewhere.
