What bothered me was the short appointment times they offer patients. All appointments are only 1/2 hour. In Michigan winters with such bitter cold days, it seemed hardly worth the trip. I'm not sure how they reconcile the short appointments with insurance companies. It does not seem standard to me. I will definitely include questions about length of appointment time when interviewing centers for future potential services I choose.

At some other PT places, you can find yourself sitting waiting between exercises but that is not the case here. They do a good job explaining the purpose of what you are doing and providing info so that you will be set to be self-sustained once you complete your course of sessions. They are also responsive to feedback on your progression and will adapt to your needs. I didn't have any billing issues as noted by one previous reviewer.

Back in 2020 when Covid first started this was a no mask office! Because as the staff told me " all viruses are good viruses including Covid!" Being somebody with autoimmune disease, I certainly can't take any chances getting anything! But they seem to think they know my body better than I do.. The end of June was my last appointment with Volz and two days later I tested positive for Covid! Almost everyone in the office said they had allergies and were not wearing masks! Not to mention the heartbreak I felt when I seen Garrett Soldand plastered all over Volz's car ! I was under the understanding that Volz is LGBT friendly but you can't vote for somebody who would hurt the people I love, and be a good doctor to me!!!!

Tonight, they occupied my whiny son with feeding the fish and sitting behind the desk watching videos, just so I could get an adjustment without him crying. They have always been understanding and helpful with anything I need. Love this office!!!!
