Yes my carpet is older quality and hasn't been cleaned in several years but that's why I went with chemdry instead of a cheaper carpet cleaning company, I was told they could get stains out, and it would dry within a couple of hours and look better than ever. I ordered a replacement pane for a fogged panel from View Point in May and their customer service was horrible. I called and emailed many times throughout the process and rarely had a return response from the service department. We found out in November that the pane had been delivered to the dealer in August. Since we had not purchased the windows through View Point, they wouldn't consider installing our pane until at least December. They agreed to deliver the pane for $100 and we managed to install the replacement glass yesterday before the next winter storm. Unless you are buying new windows through View Point, do NOT deal with them.
