He is a positive instructor, making each student feel at ease and comfortable. He challenges his students to allow them to get the most out of their practice. The practice space is small, so classes are limited. I have never had a problem getting a spot, however. Music, incense and dim lighting allow full relaxation. The studio also provides all the yoga accessories you will need: mats, straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc. There are a variety of classes offered, mostly during evening hours, including two beginning level yoga classes and a challenging 2-hour yoga class on Sunday. The downside is that these 90-120 minute classes are not for the time crunched.

This is a big, beautiful studio, and can hold about 25 people for a class. There is a great bunch of teachers and staff here; I cannot sing their praises enough! Come try it for yourself.

I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I wish the instructor spent a little more time helping me. It was a bit overwhelming, but that may also be a normal reaction considering it was my first time. Class overall is very fast paced. It was a great workout, however. I wish the studio was still available through ClassPass because I do not see myself purchasing classes separately through them.
