I also find it annoying when you go through the drive-through or inside they try to sell you their other products. Just stop by again today and now they're having technical difficulties so they can only take paper deposits. Who makes customers wait that long these days for a stolen or lost card? I had my wallet stolen and I got all my credit cards within 2 business days of reporting it except these nitwits. Then, when I decided to go get the card in person after waiting a few days painfully, they said the system was down and couldn't activate the new card I received at the branch! Hours later, I call them and the system is still down. Are you kidding me? A Bank, or CU Down for more than a few minutes? I told them if I didn't have it up by end of day I'd escalate. This is my escalation. Maybe one day they will learn to get it right!
