After the dentist did an evaluation the manager Dee (she handles the insurance) said It was not covered by my insurance or that I was getting a reduced rate and I needed to take out a loan. When I called my insurance to ask if a claim was submitted they said no, I got the loan and I paid the total cost . I told Dee to submit a claim to my insurance company this was in October, Dee submitted a claim for a greater amount than what they charged me. The insurance company is paying the claim, now they are trying to keep the payment and what I paid. Now I am trying to get my refund from them because I overpaid Freeman and Dee.
