I was calling around to many offices getting so much attitude and lack of care for my pain - no one could allegedly see me for more than 3 months, even in an emergency. Frustrated, I finally found doctor freedman! His receptionists were the ONLY ones I spoke to over the phone who had an ounce of compassion and although they couldn't get me in asap, they put me on the emergency call list which happened to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. When I got there the process was seamless - quick check in and wait time and incredibly pleasant staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech to the doctor himself. Doctor freedman was incredibly honest, I came in thinking I needed an emergency root canal because of a cavity so he could have totally swindled me and recommended all of this work and I would have believed him. Instead, he said in a calm manner that everything is fine and he could refer me to an orthodontic surgery if I wanted but it wasn't necessary. The pain has mostly subsided but I wanted to see a professional just to be sure. Definitely recommend for an honest and experienced professional!

Since I was in pain I paid and made an appointment. Upon arrival I was presented by a (3) page consent to treat form which listed 20 things that could go wrong. I said that I did not want to sign it. I was Told if I refused he would not treat me. I said,"When will I get a refund". I don't know I was told after all he came fromCT. I could not lose $1,242.00 so I signed. I later found he saw 20 patients that day. When they filled out the claim form they showed that they were not paid and kept my insurance reimbursement. BEWARE.
