The reservation was for 3:45AM to get my daughter and her boyfriend to the airport for their flight. He showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful with the luggage. For all of that I would give 5 stars at that point . But......after a while my daughter texted me and said that she was concerned that the driver was falling asleep at the wheel because he was swerving over the yellow line and back to the white line on the edge of the road. She was scared. She said he missed a couple exits and just didn't know if he was distracted or what. But it added time to their ride , getting them to the airport later than expected and she was very concerned for their safety . Her words were "that was a horrific experience and I am nauseous and anxious from that ride". I immediately called the owner and his wife answered. I explained the situation to her and she was shocked that my daughter had that type of experience. Her husband "the driver" then soon after texted me ( didn't call) an apology. He said he was not swerving and only missed 1 exit. He said he was truly sorry if he made her uncomfortable and if he could make it right he would. Well, I gave him a 40% tip prior to him giving the ride (because that's how they require you do it, which makes no sense). I believe a "tip" is based on your experience with the person , not a requirement. ( And my husband and I have recently been giving generous tips to people because we know Covid has impacted incomes and we're trying to be helpful when deserved) Anyway, he said if he could make it right he would and when I told him my frustration over the tip I gave him, he never once offered to repay any of it, Which I would expect from him as that amount clearly wasn't deserved based on performance. So..... based on all the facts around this car experience and the response from the owner, I won't be using them again, which is a shame because had the situation been handled differently, I would've considered it. They were prompt and the car was clean and the owner helpful , but the safety of my daughter is of the most importance and for that experience I can only give 2 stars.

We decided to get a limo for my wedding from this company based on their solid reviews; boy was…read morethat a mistake. First, in the middle of June, the limo that they sent to take us from the reception to our pictures had no air conditioning. The vents were in fact blowing out air hotter than the outside air. We had to open the back two windows (the only ones able to be opened) just so that we didnt pass out from the heat. The poor girls had their expensive hair and makeup ruined. Second, the driver acknowledged how hot it was in the car, however she said not to worry, because they were sending a different car to pick us up from the pictures. So we took our pictures and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Until finally we were half an hour late to our own reception, with still no new car. At this point in time, just wanting the entire ordeal to be over, we got back into hell on wheels and suffered the rest of the way to the reception. Finally, to top it all off, they are refusing to reimburse us for anything; they say that we were offered another car (the one that never came) and that we were late because we were taking pictures (completely untrue). All in all, it was the worst limo experience I've ever had. I should have dressed a chimp in a suit and had him drive us in my grandmother's minivan. It would have been cheaper, easier, more comfortable, and im sure that we would've gotten better service from the primate than we recieved from the owner of this company. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to do buisness with.

When we tried to use the system it completely shut down and would not play any sound at all. We had to go to a friends house to pick up a Bluetooth stereo to use instead. It was very frustrating. The next day they called to let us know that we would be charged for the repair on the radio. Even though it was broken when they arrived. They are charging our credit card almost 700$. Now we have to take them to court. This company is looking to swindle customers I highly recommend not using them.

Tried calling them all day, no answer. By the time we got to the airport at 1:00 in the morning nobody was there. I had my kids and 3 & 5 year old grand kids with no way home. I had to call two ubers to get all of us home. 95.00 each after 2:00am. I went to their office to get a reason for the no show. The lady said she wasn't in on saturday. They call me…read morethe night before my wedding at 6pm, while I'm at my rehearsal and tell me that the bus I rented hasn't been working since MONDAY. They gave me absolutely no notice. They gave me a smaller bus where some people who originally planned to ride, got told that there wasn't room anymore for them. They gave a little refund for the incident. We forgot a few things on the bus and they won't answer any calls. I've called three times within the last 2 weeks since my wedding.
