His assistant, Chelsea, was so sweet and knowledgeable. She iced my face and even used a massager while I was getting filler, which made the whole experience incredibly comfortable. I was recommended to go to this dermatologist group after a bad experience at my previous one and I am so glad I switched! I went to the Boca location on federal. The office is very clean and the front and back staff are very attentive and friendly. I was in out within 30 minutes which was great. It was super easy to get in and make an appointment they had plenty of availability. My provider is Nurse Practitioner Bridget Oare and she is absolutely amazing! Her medical assistant Jessica is also great! They are both super friendly and extremely helpful. I came in with acne issues and she gave me tons of options and recommendations. Visited the office last week with my daughter--she needed to be seen for persistent acne, and I had concerns about melasma. From start to finish, our experience was excellent. Scheduling was prompt and efficient. The office is large, but things moved quickly--we were seen within minutes of arriving. The medical assistant (I wish I remembered her name!) did both of our intakes and was incredibly thorough and kind. We were seen by Dr. Laine Buck, and I was beyond impressed. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to push gimmicks or "miracle" cures. She gave us realistic expectations and prescribed treatment plans that made sense. I left feeling truly cared for. We also received generous product samples and helpful recommendations. My daughter has a follow-up in six weeks, and I'm confident we'll see great progress. I was so happy with our experience that I recommended the practice to my husband for his regular skin cancer screenings. I have no doubt this is the right place for him too! read more

Dr. Nestor insisted on an expensive blue light treatment to get rid of pre-cancerous spots, to be followed up a month later with a check up appointment. At that post-treatment follow up, Dr. Nestor and I disagreed on whether the treatment worked or not (I had the same three pre cancerous spots a month later), and she left the examination room in a huff, and did not return. I was billed for a visit which should have been included in the treatment cost, since it was a post treatment check up. read more

Unfortunately I have been unable to delete it, however, the practice reached out to me and we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. I never had any issues with the care I received there. My issue was that I didn't feel the practice was responsive to a problem that I had. That has now been resolved. read more

This is the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. Dr Gross is the worst doctor I was ever treated by. As I cancelled a surgery he was about to do on my arm, he proceeded to insult me and predict I would be dead in 3 months. That episode lasted over 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. I accompanied my friend here. It's spacious, it's clean, it's well organized and it's all white and bright. There were many in the waiting area, they must be well established. I noticed there's two locations here in Boca Raton and the other in Boynton Beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive from check-in to check out. Basically, it was like clock work. Morgan, the RN was appointed to address my friends' issues. She was very personable, listened, and asked questions. Then, she suggested some options to him. As of yet, I can not say whether they were able to help cure his skin irritations and problems, waiting on results at this time. read more

Summer the woman who treated me with a hydro facial is a consummate professional explaining how and what the procedure would entail. Her confidence and direction gave me an ease and understanding of how caring of my facial skin especially in the Florida wind and sun would require. She was meticulous in her application of skin products and ointments while utilizing the apparatus skillfully on my face. Her voice was comforting and concerning with type of skin I have throughout the session . Summer showed me the results of the dirt from my face in the tube . I am a college student. It was my first time going to a dermatologist by myself. That one day that I went to this dermatologist my skin was a lot clearer than normal. However, I was sitting in the exam room and I heard her talk about my acne outside the door in the most condescending way. I brushed it off, but when she came in it was a quick hello and then just a condescending attitude the whole time. I actually felt like she was judging me and not examining me. She asked me all the things i've done to help my acne. When I tell you guys my acne is BAD, I have done everything. Over the years I have been taking so many prescriptions and things. She would name things to me and I would say yes or no. When I couldn't tell her the milligram she acted like I was lying and her attitude was like she didn't believe me or roll her eyes. It was THE WORST mean girl energy. It got so bad I could barely speak because I was about to cry. As a 20 year old, I left that office crying my eyes out. I was initially pleased with the care I received at Siperstein Dermatology.  A problem arose when I attempted to contact the practitioner who treated me.  After trying to get a response for more than a  week, I finally heard from Lisa on March 12.  She texted that she would "have someone in our Triage Department get in touch with you."  That was 4 days ago. Todaty is March 16. I went to their office in Boca months ago for a check up. Dr Nestor was recommended by a friend of mine, and he was right on the money. Dr Nestor is terrific. She is all business ( which I like), knows her business ( my opinion), and took care of me as the professional I expected. I've gone back two times and each time she was as good as our initial meeting. The staff is terrific as well, which is important, as they are the first faces a patient sees.
