Most residents will recognize their annual events, such as the Christmas Boat Parade on Clear Lake, the Epicurean Evening highlighting local cuisine, and Business Expo. The CLACC facility itself is modest located at the base of the I-45 NASA Bypass on NASA parkway just east of El Camino. Not easy to get to if coming from I-45, but if coming from Clear Lake on the right just before you enter the bypass. A reception desk can get you any information you need regarding local tourism, hotels, restaurants, etc. Not overwhelmingly fancy. A few parking spots out front, otherwise it's on the side or back. Local businesses can find affordable membership (my company is a member) which includes appreciable access to tools and promotion on social media and the CLACC webpage. There are a number of member events throughout the year including monthly luncheons with keynote business speakers, after hours socials, and golf/bowling tournaments. Currently there are approximately 900 businesses in the Chamber, with a focus on the aerospace, tourism, marine, education, and medical industries among others. The motto of the Chamber is "Champions for Business Success and Quality of Life in Our Community" which about sums it up.

There is a full-service kitchen with an icemaker. Rhonda, the Facilities Services Manger was a delight to work with, and she answered all of my questions before the event quickly and clearly. She and her staff were on-site and the event went off like a dream. They had an event before us in the morning and the room was spotless and perfectly set up when we arrived. The team was so kind and helpful, I am thrilled with how everything went. I couldn't have pulled this off without them.

This review is for League City Animal Control and the Police Department…read more I've filed several complaints and sent several emails regarding these aggressive dog's almost killing my dog and when Animal Control and League City Police Department about the owner of said dog's almost physically attacking me and when they show up they do absolutely nothing again nothing about the different incidents. The response was 'Since the dog's didn't technically bite your dog we can't do anything" Okay so wait I'm supposed to let these horrible dogs walked by their irresponsible owner kill my dog then Animal Control will do something about it. Wow! Um Okay. Ridiculous response to my emails, phone calls and complaints. My tax dollars hard at work!!! I can't wait to move the heck out of League City since it's definitely biased and selective on "whom" they assist in the neighborhood. Thanks for NOTHING League City Animal Control. I'm sure the business owner will reply but whatever and this review will be posted on other platforms. LC Animal Control needs to do better and actually help law abiding citizens such as myself when we call for assistance.

Well designed to withstand major hurricanes and other storms, and obviously floods. It also houses the League City Office of Emergency Management, and 911services, as well as the League City Police, and the office of the City Fire Chief, and other offices. It is also the location of the League City Police Department jail. There is a nice parking lot located out front with parking for the Handicapped. The entrance also has Handicap accessibility for those with special needs. The interior of the building is very nicely designed also, very well lit inside and out. The administrative window is located just inside the front entrance where there is someone there to help you with any questions you might have.

This problem would be a non issue if they had a tilt bin to put your prepaid boxes in outside of the lobby area. This is the only post office I frequent out of 4 that does not have it. The location of the post office and the intersection makes it nearly impossible to make a left turn out of the parking. It's very dangerous! All that being said I'm still rating it 3 stars because the ladies that work here are super friendly and awesome.

There are several entrances and it is not immediately clear which is the main entrance, but the staff are friendly and will direct you to where you need to go. There is a large parking lot to the south of the building. The double yellow lines on S. Rice Avenue do not align with entrances of the parking lot, suggesting the city needs to repaint those, as everyone who needs to turn left out of the parking lot does so illegally.

We've been here MANY times for birthday parties and church functions. Every time I've been has been…read morein the same room, however I'm sure there are also other rooms for rent. The particular room we always use for church has an attached kitchen with a small room between the kitchen and main area. That's always where the food gets set up when we have church dinners. There's a wall of windows and the opposite wall has some large mirrors on it. There's a short hallway near one entrance where there's a men and women's bathroom. I believe there's also a water fountain, but I'm not 100% positive. It's a great space for events... even though it smells kind of musty. The only thing is that you have to be a resident of Webster to rent a space and the guy you speak to is often hard to reach. Don't bother calling, he won't call you back. You have to email him and even then, be patient. The last part is not really a big deal unless you're the one renting. If you're just attending then it doesn't matter how hard he is to reach.

This is the new Harris County Library branch that opened June 2011. It is a lovely building with a…read moregreat kid's section, separate teen room called "Teen Isle" and adult books. It also has a small book store. There is an informatin desk as you enter staffed with friendly librarians, and self check out machines. This location even has a drive thru to return books and pick up requested items. They offer children's story time and lots of activities during the summer for kids, teens, and adults with the Summer Reading Program. They have a book club, and active Friends of the Library group. The best part is they are part of the Harris County Library system and you have access to TONS of books and materials from the entire library system!!!
