We order a year at a time and every year there has been a rebate. With bad planning he had 6 days left and an opening 10 days later, they graciously provided free samples. Since he is -4.75 blind as a bat, they needed to be ordered and they provided more samples to tie him over. The exam was short at 10-15 minutes. Next year I will schedule when he has 14 days left. Check the hours as they are a little different. My son really likes Affinity Eye Care.
