I have to say they are very professional and the doctor is excellent. Dr. Sharifi took ample time to explain the examination and what has changed, and why, since my last exam. She is easy to communicate with and doesn't mind interacting to make you understand exactly what you need to do to keep you eyes healthy. There was no pressure to buy glasses there, but I found their prices were hard to beat on the name brand glasses. Yes, I would recommend to go there.

The staff on the glasses side even know my daughter and me by name -- that's how long we've been patients here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. At my last visit with my 3-year-old, I arrived at 9:40 AM and wasn't finished until after 11:30 -- nearly two hours of waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but this level of disorganization, especially when caring for a young child, is unacceptable. When I came back for my own appointment, I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby before even being seen. I always arrive on time or early and schedule the earliest appointments possible to avoid long waits, but that clearly didn't help this time. It's very disheartening, because over the years I've purchased at least five pairs of glasses, two pairs of sunglasses, and two pairs of glasses for my daughter. I even planned to get another pair this month. Sadly, after these last two experiences, I've lost confidence in the practice. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere, and my mother -- who was planning to start coming here -- has now decided not to. I truly hope the office takes this feedback seriously. Loyal patients deserve better communication, organization, and respect for their time.

So my daughter recommend I take them here to see if they could fix them- so I did! I left them on the condition "we may not be able to fix this" but I knew they would be more successful than me!! Last year I had minor issues while picking up my new sunglasses. The lenses were swapped. They fixed it, so not a huge deal there. We're all human, mistakes happen. My complaint is for June of this year. Dr. Garcia was great. He adjusted my prescription since it said it was under corrected. Fine, eyesight can change, I don't have an issue there. I picked out a new pair, and picked them up. I tried them on, and I couldn't see a thing. I wear progressive lenses, so it seemed like the measurements were off. One of the girls checked my measurements and agreed they were off, and sent them off to get them fixed. Got the new pair and tried them out and the same thing. I asked if I could swap the frames, since maybe they are not a good fit. She said fine. She didn't offer to help me find anything new, so I found something and crossed my fingers. Fast forward to now. It's now 3 months after my initial appointment. I go in the third time to get my new glasses. I tried them on and they seem a little bit better. The girl at the front desk (the same one that helped me the last few times) said to just give it time to adjust and to try them on when my eyes are rested. I also mentioned that they feel a bit off, I thought they maybe just needed to be adjusted. After adjusting the nose pads, she said to just try them out and come back if needed. I don't want to come back a 4th time! There was another technician sitting at one of the desks with no customer (the office was empty) but there no offer to assist either. I finally just walked out. The office staff (especially the girl that helped me several times) is not very helpful. I always feel like I'm bothering her and that she doesn't want to be there. I was also told that Heather would contact me about the difference in my glasses and I never heard back. I don't know if I owe more money, or if I am owed a refund. These new glasses still don't feel right. I'm struggling to find the "center". They do need to be adjusted, since they are digging into my ears. For that, I'll just go to a different eye place for assistance. Hopefully I can find a place that will actually take the time and care to assist. At this point I don't know what to do. I've worn glasses my whole life, and I've never had an issue like this before. Transition period yes, but never the struggle to find the "center" of the glasses. It's been over a week, and I'm still struggling. I'm beyond frustrated.

The sales manager, Billy, helped my husband and I find the contacts that worked best for us. The contacts that Billy suggested for me are the best ones I've ever used. They also offered a service add on to my glasses to get the lenses thinner. My vision is extremely poor, but these are the thinnest lenses I've had in years.
