After the exam it was obvious that we wouldn't get our glasses the same day. We asked for a copy of the exam so we could go elsewhere to purchase glasses, and we were given an eye roll with our copy. Understanding the limits of my medical benefits through my employer's coverage, I was told I "shouldn't be seen by an optometrist" (Vs an ophthalmologist). I can appreciate the need for a patient to receive care in the appropriate setting; however, shaming them for not understanding how to utilise their medical benefits isn't the route. I will not return to this location due to the treatment and care I received from their optometrist. While the support staff was helpful and friendly, their optometrist, "Dr T", bedside manner was brash and disrespectful. Understanding she was attempting to communicate important patient and consumer information, she was curt and all-around rude around patient education and schema. Her approach to providing patient care was poor and shame-based.

I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.
