I requested a deep clean of my home because I have family coming for Christmas and I'm still…read morerecovering from a major surgery. Specific requests were made (like spot cleaning carpet, extensive dusting of all surfaces, cleaning all glass, cleaning bathrooms, etc.). The cost for this "deep clean" was $350.00. What I received was anything but a deep clean-- it was barely a surface clean. She arrived at 11am and left at 2pm-- only main visible floor areas were cleaned-- showers, tubs and toilets were not cleaned-- only top surface areas were dusted (and not even all of those!)-- this wasn't even close to being worth $350 and when I brought these things up, her idea of customer service was to defend her actions without offering to correct the issues. I will never use this service again!!!
