Olive Branch Animal clinic was such a great place to take your pets. They are so kind and care…read moreabout the needs of your pets. I would highly recommend them caring for your pets. They were so good with our little cookie. Even though she ended up having to be put to sleep they were so kind and caring to her and respected us to in how they treated her. All the vet techs, vets and offices workers were so kind and caring. I want to thank them for all they did for cookie. You can't find any other place in this area that would have been so concerned about your pet. Its also a walk in clinic no appointments.

My pup got spayed here. Her recovery was great. No complaints on that…read more Weeks later I brought her in to get medication for vomiting and the vet noted that down- all good, gave us the medicine. I also mentioned she had been shaking her head a lot. So he told me they could clean out her ears. I accepted and he told me someone else would come in to take her to the back and clean her ears. But while we were in the waiting room, I noticed some small bumps on her skin , so I brought that up to the male vet(we are already there- might as well) he completely ignored me and said he doesn't feel anything on her. Mind you, she has a bunch of curly fur so you can't just pet her and feel it. You have to separate her fur and actually feel for her skin. So whatever. I ignored it bc she wasn't itching it or licking it. It was just a small red bump. Moments go by and I'm feeling around her paw and I noticed a more concerning bump/lump..idk. I called for another staff member that was around, and I told HER. She starts feeling around her paw and she notices the bump I am talking about. This was easier to find bc I told her she had got gum stuck in her paw a couple days ago and I used coconut oil to massage it out and there was slightly less fur around that area. She called in another girl. Not sure if she's a vet or not, but they shaved down that area to get a better look and they basically just said it was probably scabbed. Maybe the coconut oil irritated her skin. Ok Cool. They put some cream on her and told me to come back if it got worse. Saying allll that to say, please advocate for your fur babies These visits arnt free. Don't let them brush off your concerns.

While at our local Petsmart we noticed the cute cats they had. Upon asking about them we found out…read morethey were rescues from this particular shelter. We fell in love with one of the cats there. Save1Pet was fast in processing our paperwork and calling us to ask questions about the adoption. I know adoption places often grill you about whether the cat will be indoor or outdoor, what you are feeding them and if you have other pets. I never felt uncomfortable answering any questions. There was never a feeling that I might give the "wrong answer". They were happy that we were adopting a cat and providing a good home. A week later when the cat showed signs of an upper respiratory infection and we called them back they got us in to see their vet and covered all expenses. Kathy is really wonderful and you can tell she loves these cats (and not in a creepy "you can't adopt my kitties" way, more in a "I want them to find good homes" way). If you're looking to adopt a cat I'd highly recommend this group.

Not to mention the individual who I interacted with via email falsified information in regards to my current pets medical record. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to meet the pet or engage with the organization in person but online interactions have put a bad taste in my mouth. I am an advocate for adopting pets but after this encounters would not recommend communication online. Your best bet is going to a PetSmart adoption event.
