A few weeks ago, we adopted our sweet Great Pyrenees, Keeper, from an animal shelter. She had been through so much in her young life--neglect, abuse, she was covered in ticks, fleas and severe matting that made her grooming a major challenge. Despite an already busy Saturday, the amazing team at PetSuites made time to squeeze her in for an emergency groom. It was a long process, taking hours due to the severity of her condition, but they handled it with such patience, compassion, and care. They communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable with each decision they made, and it was clear they were as invested in Keeper's well-being as we were. Their kindness didn't stop there. Our other Great Pyrenees, Awesome, has attended their puppy daycare several times, and every single time we walk in, they greet him (and us!) by name. They remember his personality, ask about him, and truly treat us like family. There is no better feeling than knowing your pets are in the hands of people who genuinely love and care for them.
