A Truly Exceptional and Compassionate Pet Care Experience…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about PetSuites in Olive Branch!!! A few weeks ago, we adopted our sweet Great Pyrenees, Keeper, from an animal shelter. She had been through so much in her young life--neglect, abuse, she was covered in ticks, fleas and severe matting that made her grooming a major challenge. Despite an already busy Saturday, the amazing team at PetSuites made time to squeeze her in for an emergency groom. It was a long process, taking hours due to the severity of her condition, but they handled it with such patience, compassion, and care. They communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable with each decision they made, and it was clear they were as invested in Keeper's well-being as we were. Their kindness didn't stop there. Our other Great Pyrenees, Awesome, has attended their puppy daycare several times, and every single time we walk in, they greet him (and us!) by name. They remember his personality, ask about him, and truly treat us like family. There is no better feeling than knowing your pets are in the hands of people who genuinely love and care for them. PetSuites has earned our loyalty for life. If you're looking for a place where your pets will be treated with love, respect, and top-notch care, this is the place to go. Thank you, PetSuites, for being so incredible to our fur babies and for treating us like family!

To the manager who responded - Please clarify the following:…read more1. The misrepresentation of a customer by stating the manager has made several attempts to contact. To date, there has not been a single attempt to the number I saw the team write down, repeat to make sure it was correct and place on the manager desk. My contact was left specifically to reach me, NOT call my husband and assume we are always able to connect. 2. To date, I have not been updated the specific acts. I do not assume my dog didn't present with fear. But as both my husband and I clarified with the team - this dog was a rescue and was previously abused. However, he does NOT go after anyone out of the blue. We specifically spoke with team who understood and we were able to find a good alternative to not trigger. How the manager in less than 5 min was able to not listen, and conclude our dog is not safe. Amazing. Side note - we've worked with world renowned dog handlers who do understand the differences in aggressive, attacking and fear. He was diagnosed with fear Thank you for your transparent and honest clarification. I look forward to connecting as previously requested 6 days ago. (Follow up review from their response below): "Customer Service Business Customer Service Thank you for your feedback. We have called you multiple times and unfortunately, you have either been too busy to talk or we had to leave a voicemail. Upon reviewing the footage of the incident, we believe that it would have been unsafe for our team to care for your pet due to the reactivity displayed when you left the pup unleashed in our lobby while you went to your car. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and hope you find a better fit for your pups' needs in the future."

They were so good with our little cookie. Even though she ended up having to be put to sleep they were so kind and caring to her and respected us to in how they treated her. All the vet techs, vets and offices workers were so kind and caring. I want to thank them for all they did for cookie. You can't find any other place in this area that would have been so concerned about your pet. Its also a walk in clinic no appointments.

My pup got spayed here. Her recovery was great. No complaints on that…read more Weeks later I brought her in to get medication for vomiting and the vet noted that down- all good, gave us the medicine. I also mentioned she had been shaking her head a lot. So he told me they could clean out her ears. I accepted and he told me someone else would come in to take her to the back and clean her ears. But while we were in the waiting room, I noticed some small bumps on her skin , so I brought that up to the male vet(we are already there- might as well) he completely ignored me and said he doesn't feel anything on her. Mind you, she has a bunch of curly fur so you can't just pet her and feel it. You have to separate her fur and actually feel for her skin. So whatever. I ignored it bc she wasn't itching it or licking it. It was just a small red bump. Moments go by and I'm feeling around her paw and I noticed a more concerning bump/lump..idk. I called for another staff member that was around, and I told HER. She starts feeling around her paw and she notices the bump I am talking about. This was easier to find bc I told her she had got gum stuck in her paw a couple days ago and I used coconut oil to massage it out and there was slightly less fur around that area. She called in another girl. Not sure if she's a vet or not, but they shaved down that area to get a better look and they basically just said it was probably scabbed. Maybe the coconut oil irritated her skin. Ok Cool. They put some cream on her and told me to come back if it got worse. Saying allll that to say, please advocate for your fur babies These visits arnt free. Don't let them brush off your concerns.
