I called ahead and they told me to come on when I could. I arrived and they treated my dog and in a kind manner. We were on our way in a few short minutes. He's very callous in my opinion and threatened to put my dogs up for adoption due an urgent situation that I was going through. I also gave the review a 3 because my dogs were there for a little over a month and they were supposed to have taken one of my dogs to a grooming appointment and never did. I received a text stating she was en route to the appointment, etc. Later on that day, I received another text stating this was all a mix up.When I went to pick them up, my Westie's hair on her rear was thin and dingy as if she had been sitting in urine the whole time she was there.

Although, we had some issue with staff being lazy and not paying attention to the dogs. My dog was getting beat up by another dog. The staff member was clearly on his phone and paid no attention. But this issue has been resolved. That was the only complaint I had and the manager/boss has addressed the issue. Other than that, this is a great place! Would definitely recommend!!

But it's a bit pricey. Boarding apparently does not include daycare. Which is a bummer. Staff is nice. Camp bow wow is more reasonable priced and actually knows my dog's name after a couple of visits. Unlike brown dog lodge. They always have to ask who is this. Also, my dog always smells bad after daycare. But at camp bow wow she smells much nicer and doesn't need a bath after every daycare. Probably won't recommend. Will not return, now that I found a better place.

I was a little concerned but , thought I will just ask them when I book another appointment if they give them any sedation. They assured me no way we don't do this . I then said ok just asking because of the way he acted but I said maybe he was just overly tired . I trust you guys. I get a call back 5 min later telling me that they do not want me coming back . Very interesting don't you think ? Because I ask a question I was told not to return ? Well of course now I am concerned. So, that's fine I will not be returning but , I do not think this is a very good way to conduct business and it does make me question things even more.
