He initially told me my payment would be around $550/ month, however, by the time we filed it was almost double that... this should have been red flag 1. Red flag 2 was no one went over any of the creditors that sent in filings. I looked at the list and didn't recognize half the accounts being paid on. I was told after the fact there was nothing I could do. Covid happened and we ended up having to move and my wife had to get a different vehicle. Our rent increased $700 per month & her car payment was $400. We were somehow expected to maintain that payment. Literally no help from them. I fell behind twice as we simply don't make enough to cover bills, kids college, etc. I found out my case was dismissed, not from my attorney but from a letter from a different lawyer. Once they got their $6,000 they were no where to be found. Stay away.

He kept claiming my ex could get some of it. Baloney!!!! She got the house and land that I worked years for and she put us behind in payments because she took money from the bank to do something with. He spent more time protecting my ex than he did protecting me. I don't recommend this slug to anyone. He was 5K wasted but I am sure my ex appreciated his being on the case. Do not use this man.
