The staff who helped me were extremely professional and kind. It made for a very good testing experience. I showed up prepared with my two forms of id and my car keys. They have lockers available for your stuff so you can bring what you need. The testing room was quiet which made it very easy to focus. Show up prepared and you should have a great experience. Right at the entrance, there's a clear sign reminding you to turn off your phone. When I arrived, about eight people were already ahead of me waiting to check in, and a few more came after, but the two employees at the front were efficient and processed everyone quickly. After check-in, an exam proctor does an additional verification before guiding you to your seat. A few helpful notes: * Personal items are stored in a locker room. Phones must be sealed in a plastic bag, which staff will only open once you've completed your exam. * Plenty of free parking is available. * Bathroom keys are kept in a container near the exam rooms. * Easy access from the freeway. This testing center is up on the second floor with an elevator available. The building's shared bathroom is clean with multiple stalls and just down the hallway from the testing center. The testing center was clean. Expected protocols were followed and enforced. The lockers are secure for you to leave belongings during your testing. They also have a water station if you aren't allowed to access your belongings (water) during your test.

Then they give you a paper of all the rules and you sit back down. Then they call your number again, you say wha test your taking, show ID, take a photo and are asked to put all items in the lockers the provide. You go to the room they told you to go to, where you show them your pockets are empty and they scan a little wand to look for camera or any cheating devices. They were all very professional and kind. They also ask you multiple times what test you are taking, so it pretty hard to mess that up. I do recommend getting there 30 minutes early if you want to start your test in time.

With no prior notice this testing center was closed. Such a disappointment as I had taken a day off work for this. Pearson Vue Customer Service kept claiming my test location was in "Cypress, CA" per their records despite the email being sent to me clearly stated "Gardena, CA". Test Center Review:…read more Came here for a Pearson Vue test. This center is exactly what I was expecting for a professional testing center. They had high availability of scheduling times even less than a week from when I scheduled the exam. They are efficient with check-in and check-out at the office adjacent to exam room. They provide high-school type lockers to stow your personal items before entering the exam room. You can bring your own lock or use one they provide for you. The exam room is a decent size (I did not feel cramped), you check in with the moderator and that person logs you into your exam. It was a quiet environment, the equipment worked appropriately and the staff is good about directing you from step to step to get you from start to finish during your test day. Free parking --- yes it was pretty full like they warn you about in their directions blurb. I was able to find more than a few empty spots at the back of the lot on a weekday morning though.

It made the learning process much more enjoyable. -The instructors condense the lessons and don't really go by the book which is far more extensive. It's pretty fast-paced since it's a one day course. - 1 hour lunch breaks - convenient to nearby restaurants - You get a nice certificate at the end of the course ! Sweet ! -They also offer other Microsoft-based courses: Word, Access, Outlook, etc. Verdict: 5 Stars ! Don't expect to walk away a Microsoft guru after one class or even two. I find that it takes time a practice to really get the program down. Your really need to refresh your knowledge on a consistent basis at work or you may forget all the minute details and steps. There's so many features within Excel I never knew about and I'm glad I learned a few tricks. It's made my work much more easier and manageable. It's a little hard to find the location but I called and they steered me in the right direction. Parking is never an issue and the instructors are SOO knowledgeable in what they do. After taking these classes, I'm confident in creating any king of graph or presentation for my company. You'd be lucky to take a class from here!
