BEWARE! POSSIBLE SCAMMING BUSINESS! Yes, I was referred to…read moreDonnie one evening in the winter when my Hot tub was leaking, he had given me advice on what to do until he was available to schedule a visit to my home. The following week he came to my home and replaced my hot tub pump and did an excellent job and charged me $600.00 that I had paid him, I also heard word that he repaired Infrared Saunas, I encountered a problem with it clicking on and off, and Donnie figured it was the relay boxes and had placed order on the parts and I had paid in full for those parts, he then scheduled a visit to my home and I requested that "I " be the one present to answer any questions, and he suggested coming another day not to my availability therefore having to leave a family member that did not know anything about the Sauna Problem to stay at my home while the repair was being conducted, Donnie then came to the home and said he could not access the Sauna in the area it was placed, and left me hanging with the parts to replace, then quickly sent me an online bill invoice for the charge, left and did not repair anything but he demanded payment and did not offer suggestions or any friendly attitude to tell me I could not access the area above the Sauna to work on it, Donnie would not call me or give the family member any explanation other than "I can't access the area" and left, I asked for him to call me, he would not, just sent texts to me and then said he isn't sure what is wrong with it could be the control panel "would you like to place order on that part?" I asked him if he had looked at it and he said "No, just a guess", I told him I certainly was not going to pay for services that were not performed for replacement and wanted gas money, etc. I certainly would pay gas money for the trip, but preferred an explanation why it was not pulled apart and looked at, if he claims to repair these, even if it was an additional charge Discuss with your customers options, which he fails to do, and then socks them am expensive bill. I ordered a part and was able to replace it and now working great. I knew he did in fact replaced my hot tub pump, so I figured as I was wrong that he would repair my hot tub leak and maybe he had more knowledge in hot tubs as Saunas may not be an area he excels in, therefore I had leaking out of my hot tub 1/2 of water a day, I called him, no answer or calls back, just a text, if you hire him he claims he has to text and have a written trail of everything he does, a family lawyer told me "RED FLAG" he "could of" been sued before and to be leary, but anyway he told me he could come down and take a look at my Hot tub and repair for $75 dollars gas money, plus the costs of the repair, the man set up a day to repair it, I told him I could only be there on a Saturday, he said he could not do Saturdays, and could come in the week while I was at work, I told him to call me and I can explain what is going on in more detail, he would not call, and showed up when he told me he would, and I had to have my elderly mother stay at our home while we were at work due to him not wanting to schedule a time that works for "us", so he knew she would be there as I said in the text, he would not call at all nor answer his phone to me or my family. He showed up and went into my yard and took off a panel, and did not come to the door and just took off and left and texted me and said, "Think you have a slow leak", Before he arrived I told him the leak was not as bad when I had placed a walmart plastic bag into the drain pipe jet to clog the drainage outlet, later when I asked why he did not repair it he would not give an explanation, My elderly mother told him to call me when she let him into the yard, he did not call or anything and did not come to the door to even tell her what he located, he did not call me, he ignored my calls, voice mails, I had a family member call him from another phone, he answered and then the family member said I will let you talk to the customer of the hot tub you worked on today, I spoke and he hung up the phone, I finally asked him what I had done to him and he would not give me an explanation and then finally said after I told him it "could be the drain pipe and could need a new cap you can order it and replace it" I asked him if he could repair the leak, he dodge the question and would not say yes or no, told me to order the part and I could, today I was socked with a Diagnostic fee with an online bill pay where I enter my credit card information through some program, when I paid for my Sauna parts my information was hacked, and I did not trust doing this again, but his diagnostic was "Buddy, it has a slow leak", then after he knew.. thought it was possibly the Drainage Pipe, he text "could be the drainage pipe, dont know for sure, but you can fix it" Nice way to make money by charging people and telling them what they called you for and call it a diagnostic fee, then tell you to fix it

If I could rate this place a minus 100 I would. It was stressful from the beginning. We built a new…read morehome with an indoor in ground pool and was dealing with Zechariah Hockersmith. I'll never forget that name. Here are a few things we experienced... 1-would never show up when promised. This held Up construction for MONTHS 2-we made final payment before completion. He never cpmpleted. We had to hire another pool company to finish 3-when we negotiated the cost of our pool, it included a custom pool cover. After telling us for months it was on its way, fully knowing he was delaying our build, he continued to lie to us saying it would be here the next week. So we decided to call the pool cover manufacturer ..They told us it could be shipped, no problem, but would have to be paid for first. He had NOT PAID A DIME ON IT!!!!!! 4-they aren't qualified to do concrete work. They did a small area but we had to tear it out and had to have it redone by another company. We have waited a year to post this review because we've been trying to get our money back. We now know thats highly unlikely and if our review can prevent this nightmare from happening to someone else thats great. You've probably heard the old saying "can't get blood out of a turnip"?Lol. I now fully understand that phrase!

We (my 89-year-old father in law, wife and I) are enjoying our replacement spa; BUT, we would not…read morerecommend ProCare Pool & Spa because of lack of customer service provided by management. Below is a sequence of events that transpired between ProCare and us. A letter formatted slightly different was delivered on October 7, 2019 to ProCare management. You can make up your own mind as to whether you want to do business with them. 1. On/or about June 26, 2019 purchased Spa from ProCare Pool & Spa (paid full amount at that time). 2. June 28, 2019 Spa installed in downstairs bedroom 2a. ProCare installers removed downstairs back door (single door) and frame to bring spa into house and reinstalled 3. June 29, 2019 - spa leaking - and over the next week ProCare service rep came out and "repaired" leaks. 4. July 3, 2019, spa leaking again - we called office and was transferred to service tech on call - informed that they would be out on July 5, 2019. 5. July 5, 2019 - office closed. 6. On or about July 8, 2019 we went into ProCare office to find out what was going on (showed management pictures and movies of leak issue) and was told by ProCare owners that the spa would have to be brought into the store for troubleshooting and repair. At that time, ProCare management offered to install French Door (which would make getting spa in and out easier) as part of their service to compensate for issues we were having with spa. ProCare a would install, all we had to do is provide the door. Scheduled by ProCare management for July 20, 2019. 7. On or about July 21, 2019 ProCare team removed old door, took leaking spa back to office and partially installed French Doors. The outside area of the doors was completed; however, the inside area of the French Door (frame, walls, ceiling, etc.) has not been completed to date. 8. Aug 5, 2019 we went into office and was told by mgmt that they troubleshoot and repaired items and tested but still leaked. Mgmt stated that they talked with OEM and that spa would be replaced and would be delivered by late Aug - early Sept. Also told that the inside work on the door area (walls, frame, ceiling, etc.) would be finished when new spa installed. 9. Sept 9, 2019, we went to office and were told that the new spa should be here by the 18th of Sept. 10. Sept 18, 2019 we went to office and the spa arrived on the 17th - still on pallet and wrapped. Was told by Mgmt that they would test to make sure was not leaking. 11. Sept 20, 2019 we called ProCare to find out when spa was scheduled to be installed. We requested spa to be installed and door area finished as soon as possible. We were told that they would be out tomorrow to install and finish door. 12. Sept 21, 2019 at @ 0930 ProCare team arrived with spa - still in shipping packaging (testing had not been accomplished by ProCare). Team installed spa and left stating that they would be back to finish door area the first rainy day. 13. On or about Sept 23, 2019 we went to office and informed ProCare that spa was working as promised; however, door area was not completed, and the team said they would be back first rainy day to complete. 14. Sept 26, 2019 we went to office and brought pictures and movies of door area. ProCare took copies of pictures and movies. 15. Sept 28, 2019 it rained all day and ProCare did not show to complete door area. 16. Oct 3, 2019 called Mgmt and asked when they would be out to finalize the door area. Mgmt stated that he was in the field and would check schedules that night when he was back in the office and let us know. 17. Oct 4, 2019, we sent Mgmt two texts requesting info as to when he had scheduled the finalization of the door area. 18. Oct 5, 2019, I called ProCare office - no response. 19. Oct 5, 2019, I called and talked with Mgmt and he had not scheduled anyone to come out. Status as of Oct 7, 2019: 1. New spa has been installed and is working correctly. 2. Door area finalization has not been completed (inside). 2a. 11 weeks since initial installation of French Doors and interior door area not completed; 2b. 3 plus weeks since spa installed (when inside door area was to be completed per ProCare mgmt); 2c. 2 plus weeks since last major workday rain (Sat. Sept 28, 2019). We are requesting as of Oct 7, 2019: 1. By end of business Oct 10, 2019, ProCare Pool & Spa to provide us with time and date for French Door finalization. 2. Completion/finalization to be no later than Oct 20, 2019. Please provide the requested information to my name and email address. Please provide the requested information; otherwise, we will have to seek alternate methods to redress issue. We had not received a reply as of Oct 15, 2019 so we went to the office and talked with the representative in the office. On our way home, we received a call from Mgmt, and we pulled over into a parking lot so that we could take the call. Mgmt said that they installed the spa and was not going to do anything else. We have since contracted with another service
