Now I take my teenager and the toddler to clean their teeth almost every three months. To summarize: Staff 5/5 Parking/location 5/5 Hygienists 5/5 Doctors 5/5 Office 5/5 I want to give a shoutout to Mel. Yesterday she was super extra amazing with my little one (who last time she went she screamed the whole time). Yesterday Mel made her feel so comfortable that she actually did amazing and no tears at all. Thank you Mel for going above and beyond with my girls especially with my little one. It meant a lot! This place is always full yet they manage it so well everyone seems to go in and out. The waiting area has a cool fish tank and a room with glowing block for the kids. They have coffee and drinks for the adults. Inside it's divided for the older kids and a small area for the little ones (like mine) with more toys. Then at the end all the kids get to choose a treat from a wall filled with different options of cool toys. Again if you have little ones and you are in the area this is the place to go!!

Three out of the four fillings we had done to our child failed within five months of the procedure. Which caused us to have our dentist extract those 3 pediatric teeth. Recently when seeing our primary dentist they informed us that the final filling that was left from the dental work was done improperly and needs to be redone. We called the practice about them examining the tooth and the front desk said they would, but there would be a consult fee for it. We spent approximately $4500 dollars for the work and the anesthesia combined. It's very disappointing they won't check on their own work where they made a flaw without charging a fee. Do not come to this practice. Would give this practice 0 stars if it was an option.

I want to give a negative rating if I could. I recently took my daughter to Dr. Felli for a tooth…read moreextraction, and it was an extremely painful experience for her. The technique used seemed to cause excessive pain and swelling, far beyond what I would consider normal. Additionally, Dr. Felli charged both of my dental insurances. Despite receiving sufficient payment from the primary insurance, she still processed a claim with the secondary insurance. When I contacted the secondary insurance about the overpayment, they issued a letter requesting a refund, which Dr. Felli has yet to honor, saying my insurance is incorrectly and they need to re-process it. She also overcharged my portion, and when I requested a refund, she refused. I scheduled an appointment to discuss the billing issues. They scheduled me after 1 month saying they are busy. It was the end of July, and the school started on 08/07. So I assume if they were busy, it should last for a week, not a month. Then when we made it to her office, Dr. Felli made us wait for almost an hour, claiming she was with a patient. However, during that time, no one entered or exited the office, and my husband, who went inside to use the bathroom, saw that there was no one there. When Dr. Felli finally met with us, she did not apologize for the wait and refused to refund my portion that got overcharged. If you want to experience poor treatment and overcharging, then go ahead and visit Dr. Felli. I am shocked that she has a 4.9 rating on google review. Allen is a small city with many young families, and I hope word of such bad service will spread quickly.
