Very pretty nursery lots of herbs plants and shrubs with a beautiful view. Very relaxing in triangle space even if you're not a gardener you'll love it.

This is a beautiful garden wonderland out far Northeast of Long Island. All the plants are outside in a part of a forest clearing next to a pond-like part of the Peconic River. This place is so serene and lovely. You feel like you're in someones huge backyard. Opened since 1986, it's a garden paradise on 14 scenic acres with water views. There is 8 greenhouses containing a huge variety of items for your garden, different plants including L.I. natives, flowers for cutting, gourmet and heirloom vegetable varieties, unusual trees and shrubs, herbs and hedges, etc. To get here, you drive down a dirt road which leads to what feels more like a botanical garden, than a garden store. They had a lot of interesting plants I've never seen before. Quite a large variety to choose from in a huge outdoor natural space. Quaint wood sheds and natural wood chairs decorate the area. There are beautiful gazebos with chairs inside to relax and just take nature in. Their huge 2 story barn contains planters, raw honey, organic dried herbs for cooking, hand-crafted organic spice blends, flower and vegetable seeds, garden tools, and antique decor. A beautiful place to rent for a wedding. photo shoots or any social function. Tip: Lol. Don't pack the car full of your friends, otherwise you won't have any room to take home any gorgeous plants that you will find here. I left a beautiful large plant behind, because there was no place to put it and my friend refused to ride in the trunk. Prices were reasonable. Final note: This place is worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood. Definitely check this place out if you are into gardening and plants. I consider this as one of the utmost serene nursery farms one would discover on Long Island. The Peconic River Herb Farm is set back just north of the Long Island Expressway along a picturesque river. The Peconic River Herb Farm offers several various herbs, flowers and plants to purchase. But our intentions were not to necessarily shop for nursery items, but to enjoy the serene beauty of the farm. One could also enjoy a picnic surrounded by landscape's beauty while bird watching if that is your thing.

Why is this place so perfect?! It's a beautiful, serene getaway. I read that picnicking was welcome, so we brought some sandwiches. I did not know there would be so many tables, chairs, benches, hammocks, and shaded areas. It is like sitting in someone's huge beautiful garden. My twin toddlers had a wonderful time running around and smelling the jasmine. I couldn't have asked for a better day. Everyone here is lovely. Social distancing, masks, safety protocols are being followed. I felt very safe with my family. Thank you!!!!

Very cute place to have a relaxing stop after having lunch in the area. You can hang out on a hammock or in one of their Adirondack chairs tucked away under the trees. Beautiful nursery and abundance of all kinds of plants for purchase. I just wish they had more spiced available for purchase at their store but otherwise worth a

Beautiful setting for an afternoon stroll or picnic. Be sure to check out the variety of frogs and turtles in the pond! Save time to visit the adorable gift shop. Plenty of places to sit and eat; don't forget your bug spray.

This is a fairyland. I was entered here by accident, we are not supposed to go here. The lake surprised me, it's peaceful, somewhat reminds me childhood. There are lots of herbs you could purchase. At this moment, I feel healed during the quarantine time.

I went to a wedding here. The location is unbelievably beautiful. It had such a wide variety of indoor and outdoor spots to hang out in that we spent hours after the wedding just exploring. The staff encouraged it. It's clean. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Truly an amazing place.

So beautiful.. Flowers, shrubs, trees, herbs, fruits, vegetables, spices... oh so many choices, varieties, sizes.. beautiful displays, reasonable prices, helpful staff. It was a learning experience and it was a very enjoyable stroll through the garden-like setting. The gardens are laid out in such an ornate, decorative, aromatic way. I will most definitely be back when I have more leisure time to browse, shop and explore! What a delightful field trip!

During one of the most difficult times in my life--navigating my breast cancer journey--Cathy and her store became a source of peace and healing. She didn't just welcome me as a customer; she welcomed me as a sister. Our conversations helped me open up--not just as a woman, but as a speaker and someone longing to build deeper community. Cathy leads with love, compassion, and a spirit of sisterhood that transcends race, gender, and background. I've witnessed it, and I've experienced it firsthand. Since discovering Catwalk Couture, I've stopped shopping at major department stores. Instead, I make the conscious choice to support businesses and people like Cathy--authentic, gifted, and deeply rooted in purpose. I love her not only as a businesswoman, but as a person whose God-given talent continues to bless so many. I pray for continued success and leaving a lasting legacy. I wish she was back in South Florida, but when we speak it's as if she right back where we met.

I have purchased several items from Catwalk Couture, and have definitely recommended it to my friends. I read in a review about Catwalk Couture being prejudiced? Really? That is not the experience I've had at Catwalk Couture- and trust me my friends and I are as black and brown as they come. I value this store to purchase my high-end merchandise. I will ALWAYS give Catwalk a five star rating, until they give me reasons not to.

It's a collection of little houses and sheds, all antique and collectible shops. Adorable!! Not all the places were open--they are on Saturdays--but I did wander into a couple. I didn't find a covered dish, but I did find a lamp that I liked (didn't buy it as I would need to find a place for it) and spoke with some VERY nice, friendly shop owners. The shops are all very individual. Some specialize in a certain type of collectible, some sell art, and others have a variety of offerings. Prices were generally quite reasonable. I will definitely go back on a Saturday, probably with a friend, and wander through more of the shops. I'm positive that I took pictures, but I can't find them. Will add if I do.

Everybody's got stuff and sometimes…read moreone person's stuff just doesn't work for them anymore and so it can be someone else's stuff. Consider Barntique Village a great place to find some of this...stuff. I use that word "stuff" because this interestingly-setup Moriches location is filled with all kinds of it. Before I say another word about...stuff, I do want to mention that you could easily think Barntique is actually a little historical village or a place to have a picnic. Nah. It's actually just filled with stuff. Tons of tiny barns, houses, shacks, and anything else that can fit a person inside of it can be found at Barntique, each one offering an eclectic variety of...well, you know. My fiancée and I (along with her family) came here a few weekends ago and stumbled upon some great finds. Some wall items for our new home, a rustic-looking bread box, and a little Christmas decor to round out the trip. What's great is that we didn't pay full price for anything we bought as the idea of Barntique is similar to a flea market. Haggling price is totally something doable (if you want to) and so we were able to shave some dollars off most of our purchases. So when you come, there's definitely a chance to find some great stuff, but in between the positives, there is a lot of stuff you're just going to have to sift through. A few of the shacks and shops were set up beautifully while many were rather messy. Plus one of them (the biggest barn in the village) wasn't open and another was still setting up though the owners weren't the friendliest. Some time, patience, and sifting is definitely helpful here. Overall, I'd give Barntique Village a 3.5 star rating with a little nudge towards four knowing we found several great items the day we went. With that in mind, it makes it desirable to want to return to Barntique again. Though just be warned as you might have to do your best to get through a lot of...things (Ha!) if you want to find something worth buying.

I did not purchase them. Not for a used faded black polo shirt ! I did buy the 1 button down which was priced at $7.50. I needed clothes for work. I am in disbelief. A sandwich Panini press was priced at $26! WOW! I can get one at Walmart for the same or even less! Go to Savers instead and use a 20% off coupon when you make a donation.
