This went back and forth. I said I have an uber outside and have had 3 drinks in 4 hours. He preceded to go out the door to check if I have an uber. I decide they don't deserve my business and leave. My FEMALE uber driver said no that's not happening and goes in and gets ours beers. These guys are sexiest creeps who don't deserve your business. Women, stay away. read more

ordered a hefty delivery through the Ubery app, and received assurances from Pecos Wines and Spirits by phone when it became delayed (i'd called them). It never did arrive, yet it had been entered as a "confirmed delivery" (without pic) and my account was duly charged. They would not answer their phone after that, nor the next day i L8r ordered through Uber again and, using the phone relay within the app this time, someone picked up. They said they had to contact the night delivery driver (in their hire) and then call me back. Not to mention I've heard from a friend and the cashier guy that they won't give you a new vape if they give you one that doesn't work because they "don't get credit for it." Yesterday I ordered $70ish dollars worth of alcohol thru Drizly at 4:15pm and at 4:59pm it was canceled with no explanation. Tried to call to see what was up and they had taken the phone off the hook. Ordered again thru Drizly at 12:32 pm today and received the order at 1:07pm and got upstairs to my apartment and found out they had sent me the original order I had placed yesterday which had one item had be subbed out for another. I also asked the driver why they had canceled me and they said it was because of the downtown protests, I'm in RiNo where no protests are taking place and well away from where they are taking place. So I called to tell them they had brought yesterday order that they for some reason kept on file instead of the new one I sent this afternoon. They said they would send the item out again that was missing. Now I have to give back the beer I ordered yesterday and it has now been almost an hour and a half since I got off the phone with them and they told me at 2:20pm that it would be another 30-40 mins before the driver gets here. I'm a 8 minute drive from the store and would have thought that I would have been one of the first stops considering it was their fault. The nice lady I talked to on the phone was very helpful but the manager seems to be more about him self. For the mistake and time lost waiting for this to be fixed has ruined the day I had planned for unnecessary waiting. They could have at least for the trouble today and yesterday let me keep the 6 pack of beer that cost $10 for the trouble but no they want me to do a switch. What a shame trying to support a local business and they won't justify their mistake in a better and more speedy reaction. read more
