The frame department is well laid out, neat, and orderly....I find sometimes the Frame section or dept of a store can be clutter and disorganized, opened/damaged frames ,etc... not the case here. I picked up three Med/Med-Lg sized frames by Studio Decor, one of the better frame makers on the market: one was buy one (in this case a $40 frame) get one free, so there's $40 saved right there. The other frame was 1/2 off, another $40 frame. $20 savings for a total of $60, nice. They had tons of Christmas stuff on clearance, obvi, where you take up to 75% on many things. I got a large candle ($15) for $2.

I am a disabled person with an amputated left leg. First they told me to be seated until someone…read morecan help. The whole time they are rushing around because Wendy wanted to close early at 3:00 p m. (It was currently 2:45 p m.). Wendy comes near me and tells me to take out my collection of currency and old coins, and set them all up on the counter. When she comes back over, she takes two to three seconds and tells me my .9999 gold coins are fake and she don't want them (in a very rude way). She didn't even look closely or even weight them. My collection was being stored in a small closet cupboard, and she sees one small bug which she immediately kills, then tells me she doesn't want any of it, and says she now has to call an exterminator. She literally starts picking up all my coins and starts to throw them back into my storage safe. If she didn't have time to look at my large collection properly she should never have told me to set them on the counter. I, also, fell over picking up my stuff off the floor. One customer came over to assist me as I was completely ignored by all employees. I could have been seriously injured as I lost my balance and fell over into the customer who was assisting me. None of them cared for either myself or the customer I fell in. If your are disabled, do not enter this "unsafe" shop. They also have two "dangerous" dogs who have bitten other customers. They need to leave these dogs at home for the safety of the customers. Animal Control should fine these dog owners and take away their dangerous dogs.
