Took my bike to Frankie's for repair the next day. What a great bike shop! They sell and rent bikes and also do repairs. We were told that our brakes were covered under warranty which was great to hear. Frankie's replaced the brakes and took care of the warranty. We were thrilled! We've rented single adult bikes, trikes and even the kids trail behind that connect to an adult bike for the grandkids. Recently, I had an issue with a lock not working with one of the bikes. I called. One of the owners picked up and offered to come to my location to help get the bike unlocked. Turns out the lock malfunctioned even with the correct combo. He said he would be there in 15 minutes. He said I could wait for him or he would get the bike then bring it to the rental house if I wanted to leave it. I opted to walk three blocks and in 20 minutes from the time I called, he was dropping off the bike with a new combo lock. Very friendly people and really great service.
