Location was clean and updated - staff was friendly and helpful. After attempting to establish with another pediatrician, we wound up at this location. I believe we will be happier with this office seeing how the customer service and professionalism were far superior. The doctor was very patient - with both my sons in the same exam room it can feel like herding cats to get them to follow simple instructions. We used to live in Hollywood and this office was our primary office. I loved how easy it is to get an appointment there and no lines. I don't think we ever waited longer than 10 minutes. Today my baby got sick and I was in the area, so I decided to go to this office and once again, I was scheduled to come in 30 minutes and didn't even wait 5 minutes to be called in. If this office is not far from your location I will definitely recommend to go there! All doctors are great! read more

I will never take my child here. I made a meet and greet appointment with Dr. Ohring, who was supposed to call me at the scheduled time. When he didn't call, I called the office to see what was going on. I learned that he was at lunch and that he would call me back when he was done. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I cannot imagine a more rude thing to do to someone nor a more poignant way to point out to someone how much more valuable you think your time is than there's. He didn't even have the respect to let me know that he would be running late. Unbelievable. I shifted heaven and earth to make this time work amidst my busy work schedule only to have that time wasted. read more

I really like this office there is never a long wait. They always seem to have an opening if you call last minute. The doctors are very friendly and professional. Plus its on the smaller side so you don't feel like you are at a factory for your child. read more

I am literally shocked by these reviews, however, I'm happy for the parents who have had good experiences. Good on you all! Buy a lottery ticket because I think you've gotten lucky. We've given Ped Associates multiple opportunities and each time is just worse than the other. It's like we're getting punked at every visit... ...huge waits, worn down offices and can we talk about the gross gunk on the ipad they hand the patients to update info? It's like a petri dish with a usb port. Hmm I need some hand sanitizer - oh wait - a doc office without hand sanitizer. Thanks no. Then there's the Patient Portal. You need an IT background to crack that code. Sorry, system can't send link, try let me check with my manager, call this tech support, leave message, again and again, find keys, drive to office to pick up forms because portal is jacked. He is kind and gentle and SINCERELY cares for his patients. He is also wonderful with parents. Reassuring every step of the way. In response to a negative review i wrote about Dr Marshall Ohring , in direct contrast i spoke to a lovely, understanding LeQuiech.! She is the business manager and listening to my venting about how upset I was. She gave me alternative solutions and was just so compassionate but I have to tell you I still and always will love Pediatric Associates. I just know the doctor that I will not use. This office is AMAZING. The staff including the receptionists, doctors, medical assistants, nurses, phlebotomists, etc... are amazing as well. The office is clean, neatly and abundantly stocked, and the appointments are very flexible. I see Dr. Rebecca Ohayon and she is THE BEST doctor. She reviews your chart in its entirety, regardless of how long or complex it is, asks questions, asks if you have any concerns or questions, and promptly treats your conditions. She really is amazing. The only doctor in the office who I did not enjoy was Dr. Mona Amin. My lab results came back high for many things for a certain syndrome and she called to tell me they were all normal. Turns out that I had a syndrome that was serious and had to see another doctor (actually 6 more and a surgeon) to diagnose and treat my chronic condition. That is the only negative thing I must say about this office. Even the ARNPs are amazing and so sweet and caring. Professional, call you back with results, and have no problem booking or answering concerns or questions. Highly recommend if you have a child with complex issues (they see you up to 21 if you have insurance that also allows it) and can refer you to specialists! Thank you, Emerald Woods Office! Wonderful experience! We are visiting Hollywood for vacation and our little girl got sick on our last day. They got us in that same day, quickly, and the staff was super friendly! Clean office and rooms. We didn't wait long at all & Dr Amin made us feel so much better about our little girl! I have two kids and they both see Dr. ohring at the Hollywood location and at emerald woods location.. the staff could use a little more attentiveness, I find myself asking how much longer I have to wait after 30 mins of waiting, after asking things move swiftly.. dr.ohring is GRATEFUL with kids.. my girls 2 years and 6 are very comfortable with him.. I recommend him, don't get discouraged from the staff. read more
